I had every intention of no longer posting in this blog, butt I remained cautious.
Last week while driving about in Halifax, I happened to notice two cars whose License plates stood out, one stating “HAT” in it and another “Age 25”. I definitely felt that something was upp… butt what?! I didn’t bite— didn’t post about it until now, butt decided to keep on venturing to Wikipedia’s Deaths site just the same. I did a double take when this notable person was added:
- Eamon Melaugh (4 July 1933 – 8 December 2025)92, Irish political activist
Note the cryptic communication in his surname “me laugh”… his birthday is also a notable date… see this blogs header re:
Of the first "5" US Presidents, 3 died on July 4th: Jefferson "5" hours before Adams, and Monroe "5" years later on the "55th" Independence Day.
I still didn’t bite. The next day this notable person was added:
- Ludovic Assemoassa (18 September 1980 – 9 Dec 2025) Togolese footballer (death announced)
Note the cryptic communication in Assemoassa’s surname “ass see more ass a…”… the word “ass” occurs twice?! A double addition to the prolific… and recent “Ass in Name” pattern cluster. There is only word in the English language (that I’m aware of) that has “ass” in it twice—“assassin/assassination”. This is not good, butt I still didn’t bite. I’m reminded that another had been added a few days before:
- Said Assagaff (29 November 1953 – 30 November 2025) politician
In the case of Assagaff, and Assemoassa, we now also have a more specific “Ass Beginning Surname” pattern cluster. As for Said Assagaff, his first name contains a cryptic “said aid sad”… along with the “ass a gaff” in his surname. Note the etymology of the word “gaff”:
- Gaff (n.2): "talk," 1812, in phrase blow the gaff "spill a secret," of uncertain origin. OED points out Old English gafspræc "blasphemous or ribald speech," and Scottish gaff "loud, rude talk" (by 1825)
- Gaff (n.1) "iron hook"
- Gaff (n.3) "cheap music hall or theater; place of amusement for the lowest classes,"
The “spill a secret” speaks volumes… as does “loud, rude talk”!! As I write this post, I’m reminded of another recent cryptic communication via a recent notable death: re Trygve Moe (11 December 1927 – 25 November 2025) that provides us with a cryptic Try Give More. I just realized that his birthday is TODAY!!
Last night I perused the list of notable person recently added to Wikipedia’s Deaths in 2025 site to see if anything else stood out and came to the following:
- Tiit Härm, 79, Estonian ballet dancer, choreographer. (death announced on this date)
I have never seen the surname Harm crop up before. It occurred to me then that it contains a cryptic “harm arm” (via two clusters: “Word in Name” pattern cluster and “Remove a Letter in Name Makes a Word” pattern cluster). His first name Tiit also provides us with “tit”… a word that also fits in regards to “rude talk”… butt I’m also reminded that this would be a trade mark of the inner twin “matriarchal” world. I then noted the following other notable death:
Steve Allan Hertz (February 26, 1945 – December 4, 2025) 80, American baseball player (Houston Colt .45s)
Note the cryptic “her hurts” in Hertz!! This is no laughing matter!!
Then this morning (I stayed overnight at my daughters place), my son in law came in the door after walking the kids to the school bus, and very shaken he repeated a gruelling event that one of the other parents told him— the night before a young boy (grade one) who lives on their street lost his hand in a meat grinder!!
