The date of October 26th proves to be significant in the surrounding life of the Shah, note the following from his wiki page:
His second wife was Soraya Esfandiary-Bakhtiari (22 June 1932 – 26 October 2001)

Alireza , the youngest son, was born in '66, died in '11 and was 44 at the time of his death, three additions to the
"Identical Number Sequence" pattern-cluster... a particular inner twin trade mark signature.
