Leon, Leonard and December 15

Note this excerpt from my previous post:

Given the "December 15" pattern-cluster, I decided to venture to the December 15 wiki page, note the following that stood out (given the previous "Leo" pattern-cluster): 

• 1984 – Lennard Pearce, English actor (b. 1915)

• 2005 – Stan Leonard, Canadian golfer (b. 1915)

• 2008 – León Febres Cordero, Ecuadorian politician, 46th President of Ecuador (b. 1931)

I had covered Lennard Pearce, butt not the other two.  Note the following from Stan Leonard's wiki page:

Stan Leonard (February 2, 1915 – December 15, 2005)

Now THAT is interesting, given that from following the leads arising from my investigation of Lennard Pearce, two February 2nd dates had cropped up.  Note the information regarding this date:

February 2 is the 33rd day of the year, ...332 days remaining until the end of the year (333 in leap years).

Unlike the other two, whose birth years had fallen on leap years, Stan's did not, so he was born on the 33rd day butt with 332 remaining, hence this is an addition to the "February 2nd" and the "Off By One" pattern-clusters.

As to Leon Fegres Cordero, note the following from his wiki page:

was President of Ecuador for a four-year term from 10 August 1984 to 10 August 1988.

Note the following info regarding August 10th:

August 10 - is the 222nd day of the year (223rd in leap years) in the Gregorian calendar. There are 143 days remaining until the end of the year.

Since both 1984 and 1988 were leap years, he was born on the 223rd day of the year, hence an additon to the "Off by One" pattern-cluster, as in one off from the 222nd day of the year.

Died	15 December 2008 (aged 77) Guayaquil

He was 77.
