Thomas V. Jones RIIP: Gone With the Wind (Part 1)

The Deaths in 2014 site lists under January 7th:
Thomas V. Jones, 93, American businessman, CEO of Northrop Corporation (1960–1989), pulmonary fibrosis
An addition to both the "Thomas/Twin" and the "John/Joanne/Jones.." pattern-clusters, is enough of a heads up to warrant further investigation. Note the following from his wiki page:
He went to work at Douglas Aircraft Company in 1942. He worked for the Brazilian Air Ministry to create the Aeronautical Institute of Technology from 1947 to 1951. Around 1953 he went to work for the RAND Corporation
These two company's have cropped up in a previous post, so will be our next leads to follow, note the following from the wiki page of Donald Douglas Sr., founder of Douglas Aircraft Company:

Donald Wills Douglas, Sr. (6 April 1892 – 1 February 1981) was an influential Americanaircraft industrialist and engineer.
As to his date of death, note the following:

February 1 -  is the 32nd day of the year in the Gregorian calendar. There are 333 days remaining until the end of the year (334 in leap years).
Since 1981 wasn't a leap year, he died on the day where 333 days remain, hence an addition to the "333/Identical Number Sequence" pattern-cluster. This date is also an addition to the "Off By One" pattern-cluster given that it is one off from being the 33 day with 333 remaining.

Note this excerpt from the Douglas Aircraft Company's wiki page:
The Douglas Aircraft Company was founded by Donald Wills Douglas, Sr. on July 22, 1921 in Santa Monica, California, following dissolution of the Davis-Douglas Company.
What makes the above excerpt of particular interest is the founding date of July 22, 1921, due to this next excerpt taken from Thomas Jones wiki page:
Thomas Victor Jones (July 21, 1920 – January 7, 2014) was an American businessman.
His birthday re July 21, 1920 is one day and one year off from the founding year.

Hence an addition to the "Off By One" pattern-cluster.

As for RAND, the "think tank" was founded by Douglas and Henry Arnold, so note the following from Arnold's wiki page:
Henry Harley "Hap" Arnold (June 25, 1886 – January 15, 1950)
January 15 is a prominent date given that it is the birthday of both my son and partner, who are 22 years apart to the day.  This is an addition to the "Targeting

Family Birthdays" pattern-cluster.

Note this next excerpt from Thomas Jones wiki page:
In 1959, they purchased Moraga Estate in Bel Air, Los Angeles, formerly owned by film director Victor Fleming (1889-1949).[3][4][5][6][7][8
The name "Victor" stands out given that this is Thomas Jones middle name, so note

the following from Victor's wiki page:
Victor Lonzo Fleming (February 23, 1889 – January 6, 1949)
Victor's date of death, January 6th is one day off from Thomas's death of January 7th, hence an addition to the "Off By One" pattern-cluster.  Note this next excerpt from Victor's wiki page:
His most popular films were The Wizard of Oz(1939), and Gone with the Wind (1939)
The film "Gone with the Wind" stands out in particular since Thomas' claim to fame has to do with airplanes and of course "timely" deaths... that is due to the cryptic element-- on death we are "dust in the wind" and airplanes ... fly on the wind.

This is a heads up, so our next lead on the cyberspace wind is the famous film, Gone with the Wind.

To be continued...
