New House in East Town

My son and his wife just named my newborn grandson-- Easton Xavier, the etymology of which is :

• Easton: Derived from the Basque place name Etxaberri meaning "the new house". 
• Xavier: Old English surname derived from place names meaning "east town" . 

So from this we get:

"New House in East Town"

Pretty much says it all (see my previous post)!!
