As a followup to my previous post which where 9/11 factored in, note the following that stands out on the September 11 wiki page under the section entitled Deaths:
I included the third person, Bobby Limb, because he is different-- doesn't fit into the "Date Sequence" scheme of things. Since his surname is an actual word that conveys either legs or arms, and what comes to my mind is an incident where a person I am acquainted with... Rob MacGregor (author) had broken his foot, I even wrote a post concerning the incident in August of 2012 entitled: Ray Booty,
Rob's Boot and Getting The Synchro-Boot!! .
There is another thing that should be considered, the word "bobby" or "bob" which implies "short" or to cut short... as in the bob haircut and bobby sox. There's also the bob cat... which has a bobbed tail.
Note the etymology:
First of all, note that they all died on the exact same day/month/year -- 9/11/1999. Note in particular, the triple "999" in the year. This is significant, an addition to the "Identical Number Sequence" pattern-cluster. Using my computer key board as a cipher, and because the number 9 shares the same key as the "(" left bracket, a symbol that is used to make the unhappy emoticon:
:-(... the inner twin world's way of expressing that they are unhappy with our outer world. And there is more, note that Rodriguez and Manso celebrate their birthdays one day apart, this is an addition to the "Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.

Note the etymology:
bob (n.2) "short hair," 1680s, attested 1570s in sense of "a horse's tail cut short," from earlier bobbe "cluster" (as of leaves), mid-14c., a northern word, perhaps of Celtic origin (cf. Irish baban "tassel, cluster," Gaelic babag)...
bob (v.1) "move with a short, jerking motion," late 14c., probably connected to Middle English bobben "to strike, beat" (late 13c.), perhaps of echoic origin. Another early sense was "to make a fool of, cheat" (early 14c.). ...So is this the inner twin world's cryptic way of laying claim to the series of unfortunate events where limbs are broken and then the more horrific events where lives are cut short?!
