Sparky, the Wild West and Canary

Sparky and Sheriff Callie

Note the following in regards to a notable person recently added to Wikipedia’s Deaths in 2026 site:

  • Sparky D, 61, American rapper (Roxanne Wars).(death announced July 4, 2026)
  • Sparky D, or Sparky Dee ( Doreen C. Broadnax; June 2, 1965– July 2026)

I know there’s a sparky fire dog, butt am wondering if there’s a Sparky horse, so I googled

Sparky is Sheriff Callie's trusty blue horse from Sheriff Callie's Wild West.

A definite addition to the new “Wild West Theme” pattern cluster.  Although there’s a wikipedia page on the animation, I stuck with  Sheriff Callie's Wild West Fandom Disney page that provides a list of voice actors… and links to their birthday info (see below) which is another means of communicating.   Keep in mind as well, that names also factor in, note for instance the cryptic “call lie” in “Callie”…, and the “spark park ark” in “Sparky”, when applying the “Word in Name” pattern cluster.  There’s something about that lasso … hmmm, “Ass in Word/Name” pattern cluster… and a cryptic “lass ass” via the “Word in Name” pattern cluster , and even the title of “Sheriff” jives aka “she her riff”.  Note the etymology:

riff (n.), "a repeated melodic phrase in jazz," 1935 (but said to have been used by musicians since c. 1917), of uncertain origin, perhaps a shortened form of riffle1754, "to make choppy water," … variant of ruffle"make rough."

I then decided to investigate the Sparky Wikipedia page, that gives us a list of Notable persons with the name or nickname.  Because the list is long, I limited my search as per usual (using a formula), and found only one who was born and/or died during a year having a sequence of 3 identical numbers:

Charles M. Schulz (1922–2000), American cartoonist, creator of the Peanuts comic strip

First of all, we now have a “Schulz/Schultz Name” pattern cluster (see previous post)… and so a cryptic finger pointing once again to “Judge” (original meaning of the name).  Note from his wiki page:

Charles Monroe "SparkySchulz (November 26, 1922 – February 12, 2000)

His uncle called him "Sparky" after the horse Spark Plug in Billy DeBeck's comic strip Barney Google, which Schulz enjoyed reading

  •  William Morgan DeBeck (April 15, 1890 – November 11, 1942)

DeBeck’s birthday stands out, given the following from my previous post:

  • Joseph Francis Alaskey III (April 17, 1952 – February 3, 2016)
  • Billy West (William Richard Werstine, born April 16, 1952)
  • Roy Rogers (born Leonard Franklin Slye; November 5, 1911 – July 6, 1998)

April 17th is also the birthday of my son in law!!  AND, we have another July 6th… Tomorrow!!

And by the way, my son in law’s surname is Schultz.  So we now have an “April 15, 16, 17(x2)” pattern clusterInvestigating Billy DeBeck's comic strip Barney Google , one of the other writers stood out:

His surname is an addition to the prominent “Ass in Name” pattern cluster.  Note from his wiki page:

Fred D. Lasswell (July 25, 1916 – March 4, 2001)

It also dawned on me that “asses”… or otherwise known as “donkey’s” or “burros”, also feature prominently in the “Wild West”.  Just to be sure I did google, and note what AI brought upp:

Life on the Trail: Cowboys and settlers relied on burros to carry camp gear, bedding, and supplies, earning them the nickname "Rocky Mountain canaries".

We now have a “Canaries” pattern cluster in the works (see previous post).  Donkeys were affectionately—and jokingly—called "Canaries of the Wild West" (or "Rocky Mountain Canaries") because of their piercing, loud braying sounds.  This is a definite prompt to investigate the Canary Islands wiki page.

Fernando Clavijo Batlle

Fernando Clavijo Batlle (born 10 August 1971)

His surname is an addition to the “Exchange Letter in Name Makes a Word” pattern cluster and so making “battle”!!  Via the “Word in Name” pattern cluster we also get a cryptic phrase “fern and do bat battle”.  As well, he was born on the 222nd day of the year.  As for the meaning behind “fern”, and given the significance of New Zealand where my son in law was born and raised (see previous posts):

New Zealand: The Silver Fern is a national emblem representing strength, enduring power, and resistance. The unfurling frond (koru) symbolizes new life and growth.

List of voice actors in Sheriff Callie's Wild West

Some of their birthdays are meaningful to me personally— November 23 is my mother’s birthday and October 25 has huge personal significance that you can learn about by keying the date in this blogs search box.  And some of the dates generate pattern clusters, with the most prominent being the “July 7(x2)” pattern cluster… not to mention that July 7th is just two days away.  Also given other dates further above, we have a “March 4, …, __, 12, 14/Even Days of March” pattern cluster

On the July 7 wiki page, I used the formula and applied the “one off” curve ball, which gave one who jives:

  • 2001  Fred Neil, American singer-songwriter and guitarist (born 1936)
  • Fred Neil (born Frederick Ralph Morlock Jr.; March 16, 1936 – July 7, 2001)
He jives with his name “red fled kneel”… and his date of birth that jives with two birthdays at the end of the above list— March 14 and March 12, and so generating a “March 4, …, __, 12, 14, 16/Even Days of March” pattern cluster. I consider this to be more of an urgent prompt to investigate the March 10 gap.  Using the formula and taking into consideration the “one off” curve ball, we arrive at:
Note from their wiki pages:
  •  Lloyd Vernet Bridges Jr.(January 15, 1913 – March 10, 1998)
  • Oswaldo Guayasamín Calero (July 6, 1919 – March 10, 1999)
  • David Tynan O'Mahony (6 July 1936  10 March 2005), known as Dave Allen
As you can see, two were born on the same day… their birthdays are TOMORROW!! As for Bridges birthday, both my son and expartner of 27 years were born on January 15 (they are 22 years apart). So 44 and 66 years difference between Bridges, my expartner… and my son respectively.

I’m reminded also of justice Corrine Sparks who I wrote about recently:

In looking for the post, I came across the following:

Do note her birth surname, Canary!!!  This is enough for me to take as a twin heads upp, so venturing to the Canaries wikipedia page
  • James Jerome Hill II (March 2, 1905 – November 21, 1972)
His birthday expands the cluster, and so presenting a new gap to bridge:

“March 2, 4,__, …, 10, 12, 14, 16/Even Days of March” pattern cluster.

On the March 6 wiki page, using the formula and also taking into consideration the “one off” curve ball we arrive at the intended one:
1997  Cheddi Jagan, Guyanese politician, 4th President of Guyana (born 1918)
Cheddi Berret Jagan  (22 March 1918  6 March 1997)

And so the cluster expands double fold:

 “March 2, 4, 6, __, 10, 12, 14, 16, __, …, 22/Even Days of March” pattern cluster.

On the Canary Islands wiki page are a list of notable athletes, note the following info on the first and last one in the list:

Paz was born on the anniversary of Campos death.  AND, Campos’ birthday bridges one of the two gaps:

“March 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, __, …, 22/Even Days of March” pattern cluster

From the list of Notables, one other jives:

He was born on my stepson’s birthday!!  The surname Silva is interesting … and has cropped up a number of times… it means “wood/forest” in origin, … I thought it would be related to “silver”.  With that in mind, and because of the “Wild West Theme” pattern cluster, … I’m reminded of my little woodland faerie, Fanny Oakleaf… (a play on Annie Oakley).  This is not the first time that a “Wild West Theme” pattern cluster had occurred, note from my February 2026 post, Carnival Rider, Annie Oaklie and Justice Chiasson, where Fanny is present:

Unfortunately I had dedicated this book to my then pardner:
