Justice Cory and Justice Corrine and Disqualifying a Judge!!!

My case before the courts is complicated, butt I need to press on so look for any way in which to proceed.  The dilemma I face at the moment, is how to move forward in trying to access money owed to me as according to the February 3, 2026 Order of Justice Chiasson.  I have appealed a portion of her Decision, not on the money allotted to me — one half the value of our home at 16&17 Indian Point Road, butt I am appealing all other division of property, namely our 1 Stoney Beach Road Property and other assets, AND last butt not least, I’m appealing her Decision in regards to allegations that I had abused my partner, …when it was the other way around.

So as it sits now, I am waiting on the Judges Decision on Costs,… and the stipulation in her Order that the amount owed hinges on the Decision of Costs that “may”… will “likely” be applied.

I really do not want to waste time and money to put forward a Motion that requests Justice Chiasson provide an emergency Decision on costs so I can safely and securely proceed to Appeal, when it seems evident to me that this delay— hinging the release of moneys owed on Order, after costs Decision is rendered is a violation of my Rights, … when it is apparent that this Judge has no regards to my rights… or that I am entitled to justice in regards to this matter.  What is happening to me now, is what is referred to as “weaponizing of the legal/judicial system”.

After much research, one option put forward by AI, is that I could ask that the judge recuse herself.  So I put it to AI — “asking that a judge recuse themselves” (see screenshot at bottom of post).  The following article was brought upp:

[11]Judges are entrusted with the duty of carrying out their judicial duties with integrity and impartiality. Acceding too quickly to suggestions of bias encourages parties, and the public, to believe that a different judge would be more likely to decide in their favour. Judges are expected to, and do, take their oaths when they become judicial officers very seriously. This is why the threshold for proof of bias is high. To quote Justice Cory in R. v. S. (R.D.), at para. 116:

What immediately stood out is the surname “Cory”… I had just researched the surname after it had cropped up twice, generating a “Corey Name” pattern cluster, … and one thing led to another and this very judge had cropped up, note the following excerpts from my recent June 25 post, Fallen Fallers (Part 2 CORE HEART; EAR SHOT ; ASS DONKEY; PIG LARD)

  • Cory Leslie (born October 24, 1989)  born 1989), American steeplechase runner
  • Peter Cory (Peter deCarteret CoryOctober 25, 1925 – April 7, 2020) Canadian jurist
  • Corey William Large  (born 18 October 1975) Canadian writer and actor

As you can see, Peter Cory is in the middle.  I included the other two because together they generate an “October 18, …, __, 24, 25/Date Sequence” pattern cluster.  Keep in mind that October 25th has great personal significance to me, simply research the date in this blogs search box and you’ll discover the reason.   In the meantime, the above cluster I hadn’t bothered myself with at the time… so much other clusters were happening, butt my tou sense worth is that this was as purposely influenced by my inner twin … , so we could be brought here… to this post.  So we are being prompted, butt before continuing on with investigating the October 23 wiki page, here’s some more about the famous Canadian court case:

R v. S (RD), [1997] 3 SCR 484, is a leading Supreme Court of Canada decision which established rules governing reasonable apprehension of judicial bias in the court system and the consideration of social context, such as systemic racism, when rendering judgement. The accused was defended by Burnley "Rocky" Jones of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

At the trial level, Judge Corrine Sparks acquitted the youth, for the reason that the only evidence was the testimony of the officer and the youth, and both had reasonable credibility. In the end of her judgement, she added,

"I believe that probably the situation in this particular case is the case of a young police officer who overreacted. And I do accept the evidence of Mr. S. that he was told to shut up or he would be under arrest. That seems to be in keeping with the prevalent attitude of the day."

The name Corrine is also an addition to the “Cory Name” pattern cluster, given that a common nickname of Corrine is “Cory”, albeit Corrine Sparks was nicknamed “Connie”.  Note from the wiki pages of the other two mentioned:

Rocky’s date of birth is an addition to the “Off by One” pattern cluster… as in one off from the August 25 birthday of my granddaughter.  Rocky’s date of death is an addition to the cluster in my previous post:

  • “March 29, __, May 29, June 29(x2), July 29” pattern cluster
And so we best investigate the gap.  On the April 29 wiki page using the formula and taking into consideration the “one off” cluster, we arrive at the intended one:
  • 2001 Arthur B. C. Walker Jr., American physicist and academic
  • Arthur Bertram Cuthbert Walker Jr. (August 24, 1936 – April 29, 2001)

His birthday is also “one off” from my granddaughters birthday!!

As for the October 23 wiki page… using the formula and taking into consideration the “Off by One” pattern cluster,  we arrive at:

And as for the “one off” curve ball:

I’ll let you continue with researching their birth/death info.  The Tornado in 1666 certainly caught my eye!!
