Picasso’s Ass and Buffon’s Buffoon

Wikipedia’s deaths in 2025 site lists under June 14 and 15, 4 notable persons who have something else in common:

Their Birthdays generate a “November 14, __, 16, 17, 18/Date Sequence”pattern cluster.  As far as the names go, what stands out is the “lamb” in Lamberti, and it’s an addition to the recent “Religious/Christian Theme” pattern cluster… and of course anyone who is Christian knows that Jesus was considered to be the “lamb of God”, and then there was the shepherd boy at Jesus’ birth… and because Jesus was born in a barn there were likely a slew of animals present— cow, donkey, ox, chickens, rooster, (no pig— Jewish),.. hmmm… dog.  This is a prompt for us to keep in mind animals of the bible.

This is a prompt for us to investigate the November 15 wiki page in order to bridge the gap.  To bridge the gap, we use the formula as per usual by first going to the days wikipedia page, where there are 3 lists— Notable Events; Notable Births and Notable Deaths, where we then limit our search to only years having 3 identical sequence of numbers ie: 1999, 2000….
In this case, two first the bill:
Artie stands out the most, given his date of death being October 25.  A significant day in the inner twin world scheme of things… and in my own personal life:

In my ex-partner (we were together 27 years), three of her family members were born on October 25, and then the two children of my cousin, died in a car accident on October 25th.  You can search this blog for related posts if you want to learn more.  And because the word “art”  and “mat” and “hews”  are in the name Artie Matthew’s, this excerpt from an earlier post that involves a famous artist who not only was born on October 25th, butt died on October 25:

                         Art by Lorenz Frølich

Lorenz Frølich (25 October 1820 – 25 October 1908)

Lorenz died on his birthday, so we have yet another addition to the “Birthday Blues” pattern cluster.
Butt it’s not just any birthday blues, note this excerpt from my recent April 26 post:
    • Happy Clapper, 14 (25 October 2010 – April 24, 2025) racehorse, colic.(death announced on this date)

Happy Clapper speaks volumes to me personally … given that the legal matter I’m involved in —trial ended this past week (butt there is rebuttal to consider).  Anyone who is regularly following this blog, knows the significance of October 25th.

Also interesting to note is that Artist Pablo Picasso was born on October 25… and do note the “ass” in Picasso!!
Pablo Diego José Francisco de Paula Juan Nepomuceno María de los Remedios Cipriano de la Santísima Trinidad Ruiz y Picasso[a][b] (25 October 1881 – 8 April 1973)

I was curious about the surname Frolich… because it is obviously related to the word “frolich” that today means to “play around and jump for joy”, note the etymology:

frolic(v.)

"make merry, have fun, romp playfully," 1580s, from frolic (adj.) "joyous, merry, full of mirth" (1530s), from Middle Dutch vrolyc "happy," a compound of vro-"merry, glad" + lyc "like" (see like (adj.)). The first part of the compound is cognate with Old Norse frar "swift," Middle English frow "hasty," from PIE *preu- "to hop" (see frog (n.1)), giving the whole an etymological sense akin to "jumping for joy." Similar formation in German fröhlich "happy." Related: Frolickedfrolicking. As a noun from 1610s.

So now we get a broader picture of where the word comes from.  The origin is not just “happy”, but to move “swiftly… hasty”… and “to hop”… and hence why “fro” is in “frog”, and as you can also see, the word Frolich is similar to the artists name.

The following sketch was done by Picasso… Picasso’s ass:

Ass, from Picasso: Original Etchings for the Texts of Buffon

Yes, Picasso had once painted realism.  He did etchings for a text written by:
Georges-Louis Leclerc, Comte de Buffon (7 September 1707 – 16 April 1788)
Note the following that AI brings up:
The surname Buffon originates from the Italian word "buffone," meaning "buffoon" or "jester"It's likely a nickname given to someone perceived as comical or ridiculous.

WOW… didn’t expect that … ass and buffoon can have the same meaning…
