The novel, “The Power of the Dog”, is our newest addition to the “Dog Theme” pattern cluster , …AND a RED dog at that (note the title of my recent June 9th post:White House, Court House, Red /[ö]\House?! . AND, this cropped up seemingly out of the blue while following the leads, butt then nothing is simply “out of the blue” when it comes to following the inner twin world leads . Note the following information on the graphic designer who provided the artwork for the novels cover:
Milton Glaser (June 26, 1929 – June 26, 2020)
He died on his birthday and so an addition to the “Birthday Blues” pattern cluster. His surname is also an addition to the “Remove a Letter in Name Makes a Word” pattern cluster., and so providing us with the word laser, a word that cropped up on following another recent lead documented in my June 6, 2025 post, To BARK, BELLOW, BRAY, SCREAM … from SHOCK!! . As well, the date of June 26 is one off from a meaningful date — June 25th, given that this is the day Michael Jackson passed away … and the subject of the first post to this blog: Censoring Around Michael Jackson's Death (RIIP), and so we have yet another addition to the “Off by One” pattern cluster.
So, the lead that brought me now to “The Power of the Dog” novel had come from another recent addition to Wikipedia’s Deaths in 2025 site :
Cheo Zorrilla (February 17, 1950 – June 8, 2025) 75, composer, trumpet player, singer
His first name Cheo provides us with words — chez (French translates as “at the house”), chew and chef. … given that they are additions to the “Exchange Letter in Name Makes a Word” pattern cluster. As well, his surname is an addition to the “Similarity of Name to a Word” pattern cluster ; and so providing us with “gorilla”.
I decided to investigate gorilla by going to the etymology dictionary:
gorilla(n.)
1847, applied to a species of large apes (Troglodytes gorilla) by U.S. missionary Thomas Savage, from Greek gorillai, plural of name given to wild, hairy beings (now supposed to have been chimpanzees) in a Greek translation of Carthaginian navigator Hanno's account of his voyage along the northwest coast of Africa, c. 500 B.C.E. Allegedly an African word.
Zorrilla passed away one day after Savage’s birthday, and so another addition to the “Off by One” pattern cluster. As well, June 7th is the birthday of Trish MacGregor, previously a key player in the inner twin world’s “Starr Family Production”.
Before I go any further with that, I need to inform you that when I first googled the name “Thomas Savage”, another person was brought up,… so taking this as a purposeful lead — addition to the “Name Doppelgänger” pattern cluster, I decided to check him out:
Thomas Savage (April 25, 1915 – July 25, 2003)
His birth and death both fall on the same day — the 25th day of separate months, … as does that of his wife, albeit in her case, the 15th day:
Elizabeth Savage (née Fitzgerald; February 15, 1918 – July 15, 1989)
On Thomas’ Wikipedia page, one of the three novelists who influenced him stands out:
Dorothy Parker (née Rothschild; August 22, 1893 – June 7, 1967)
As you can see, she died on the birthday of Thomas Staughton Savage, … and Trish MacGregor, so a “June 7(x3)” pattern cluster… a complete/perfect hand of three (as per the inner twin worlds tendency for creating clusters in groups of three or more”.
Note from Thomas Savage’s wiki page:
Manohla Dargis, in her New York Times review of the 2021 film based on Savage's The Power of the Dog, described him as "a closeted gay man".
What struck me the most is the title of his book — The Power of the Dog, that happens to be an addition to the recent “Dog Theme” pattern cluster… and so a twin heads upp!! I decided to go directly to the film and peruse the list of cast names for any signs of inner twin influence (pattern clusters). See the complete list of cast on the films Wikipedia page at bottom of this post. From the list, two names in particular caught my “eye/I”: Genevieve Lemon , and Jesse Plemons. Both surnames are additions to pattern clusters that provide us with the word “lemon”— a “Lemon” pattern cluster. So what is the inner twin world trying to say with THAT?!
As far as my inner twin and my own thoughts: lemons are renown to prevent scurvy (in the past during early sea exploration by tall ship); lemons are notoriously sour, butt full of vitamin c; there’s lemon socialism; there’s the “24 Hours of Lemmons Car Race” (aka “24 Hours of LeMons”— is a play on words alluding to both the long-running annual 24 Hours of Le Mans sports car race in Le Mans, France, and the notion of "lemon" cars); so lemons used to reference “decrepit cars”. I chose the latter as the most meaningful, as my own “lemon car” has been taken off the road as it would be too expensive for me to have it repaired to meet legal standards. AND, there has also been a “Car Theme” pattern cluster occurring as of late!!
Note from the following info on Plemons and Lemon:
- Jesse Plemons (born April 2, 1988)
- Genevieve Lemon (born 21 April 1958)
- John Patrick Savage OC ONS (May 28, 1932 – May 13, 2003) was a Welsh-born Canadian physician and politician. Savage was the 23rd premier of Nova Scotia

- 1888 – Inge Lehmann, Danish seismologist and geophysicist (died 1993
John Woolfe (23 March 1932 – 14 June 1969) was a British racing driver from England, who specialised in sports car racing. He was killed as a result of crashing on the first lap of the 1969 24 Hours of Le Mans race, an event which caused the traditional "Le Mans start" to be abolished the following year
I would say that the “Wolf” in Woolfe is an addition to the “Dog Theme” pattern cluster, AND, He died on President Trump’s birthday!!
