When I noted this person added to Wikipedia’s Deaths in 2024 site under May 14, I did a double take!!
- Diane Deans, 65, Canadian politician, member of Ottawa City Council (1994–2022), ovarian cancer.[22]
Her birthday is not listed and nor could I find it anywhere. Perhaps when her obituary is posted.
What stood out, was her surname “Deans”. On April 23, 2024, I had approached the University of Calgary Ombudsman and their Disclosures Department to finally report on abuse by my stepson Gillman Payette who is a professor at the University. After three weeks and no response from the Disclosures Department, I debated contacting the University President and Deans, but held off, … and then Diane Deans passed away!! I consider this prompt that I need to approach the Deans of the U of C, which I then did. The response was immediate, well from one of the Dean’s that is:
- Dr. Tara Beattie vice-provost and dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
Her first name is an addition to the recent “Names Beginning with Tar” pattern cluster…, and the “Word Beginning Name” pattern cluster.
Also worth mentioning is the cryptic “dine dens” found in Diane Deans,… as per the “Remove Or Add A Letter From Name Makes a Word” pattern cluster .Note from the wiki pages of notable persons mentioned on Diane Deans wiki page:
- Ian Deans (16 August 1937 – 3 May 2016)
- Jessica Emma Bradley (born October 25, 1988)
- David Joseph McGuinty (born February 25, 1960)
- Richard Andrew Patten (May 13, 1942 – December 30, 2021)
- Yasir Abbas Naqvi (born January 25, 1973)
Note the “January 25, February 25, __ …, October 25, …/ 25 Day, Month Sequence” pattern cluster. Keep in mind that 3 of my ex partners family members were born on October 25!! My granddaughter is born on August 25. Canada’s Prime Minister, Justine Trudeau and his brother (not a twin) were born on December 25. I find the surname Patten interesting — an addition to the “Add or Remove a Letter from Name Makes a Word” pattern cluster,… and so making “pattern”. Meaningful when you consider that the inner twin world’s way of communicating to our outer twin world is by generating what I refer to as “pattern clusters”. So perusing the list of notable Pattens, I investigated only the first names that stood out, and the one born in 1999 (3 identical number in a year are a particular trade mark signature). Of the list, what stands out the most are the two October 25:
Anna Rose Patten (born 20 April 1999) manna prose pattern
David Wyman Patten (November 14, 1799 – October 25, 1838) avid pattern
William George "Gilbert" Patten (October 25, 1866 – January 16, 1945)
Frederick Walter Patten (December 11, 1940 – November 12, 2018) water alter pattern
Mark Patten (28 July 1901 – 2 May 1996) mar pattern

Thomas Gedney Patten (September 12, 1861 – February 23, 1939)twin pattern
Arthur Bardwell Patten (March 26, 1864 – May 10, 1952)
Azel Wilder Patten (October 20, 1828 – January 15, 1902) hazel pattern
Case Lyman "Casey" Patten (May 7, 1874 – May 31, 1935) Case pattern
Christopher Francis Patten, Baron Patten of Barnes (born 12 May 1944)
Richard Andrew Patten (May 13, 1942 – December 30, 2021)
Robert Lee Patten II (November 21, 1925 – May 15, 1994)
John Trevor Patten (13 June 1936-15 April 2020)
I decided to briefly peruse the notable persons with the surname Deans (only Dean was brought up by Wikipedia). I decided to check out the first person who was born and/or died during a year with 3 identical numbers (skipping past the disambiguated — multiple people under various first names). I then arrive at:
- Nakobe Dean (born 2000), American football player
- Nakobe Rashod Dean (born December 13, 2000)
Very meaningful, given my car crash of 2000 occurred on December 13– same day and year!! On the December 13 wiki page, one person is listed as having been born in 2000:
- 2000 – Simona Waltert, Swiss tennis player
On her wiki page, a notable person mentioned stands out:
- Danielle Rose Collins (born December 13, 1993)
So lets also check out those in the lists of players she played against:
- Mayar Sherif Ahmed Abdel-Aziz (born 5 May 1996)
- Seone Mendez (born 15 May 1999)
- Kathinka von Deichmann (born 16 May 1994)
- Emma Navarro (born May 18, 2001)
- Elizabeth Hana Mandlik (born 19 May 2001)
- Melanie Klaffner (born 22 May 1990)
- Yvonne Cavallé Reimers (born May 22, 1992)
- Charlotte Römer Paredes (born 8 January 1994)
- Irina Fetecău (born 17 April 1996)
- Oona Orpana (born 21 January 2001)
- Hiroko Kuwata (born 18 December 1990)
Usually, I’d use the formula— look for those who passed away on December 13 during a year with 3 identical numbers. In this case there are none (this is rare), but then we turn to the following year (before and after), so we arrive at:
- 1998 – Lew Grade (25 December 1906 – 13 December 1998) Ukrainian-born British impresario and media proprietor
- 1998 – Richard Thomas (22 March 1932 – 13 December 1998) Royal Naval Officer

- 2002 – Zal Yanovsky (December 19, 1944 – December 13, 2002) Canadian singer-songwriter and guitarist who founded The Lovin' Spoonful
