Water Rise Go Tell

Continuing on from my previous post.  Due to the extraordinary significance of the "May 5(x2)" pattern-cluster(See first section of my previous post), and because the inner twin world tend to generate clusters in groups of 3 or more, this was designed as a means of prompting us to investigate further-- to locate the intended person(s).  So venturing to the May 5 wiki page, and then using the "Formula" as per usual, and taking into consideration the "one off curve ball", we arrive at :
  • Walter Jack Gotell (15 March 1924 – 5 May 1997)
  • Vasilis Diamamtopoulos (November 15, 1920 – May 5, 1999)
  • Gino Bartali (18 July 1914 – 5 May 2000[2])
  • Morris Graves (August 28, 1910–May 5, 2001)
  • Clifton K. Hillegass (18 April 1918 – 5 May 2001 )
The names contain a cryptic communication.   The name "Walter" has cropped up a number of times lately, and it's an addition to the "Remove a Lettern Makes a Word" pattern-cluster... as in remove the "l" from Walter makes "WATER".  And taking into to consideration the rest of his name, we get a cryptic "water jack (high) go tell"... with "jack" being "rise"/ "high".  Indeed, water levels are rising along with land that's sinking (see recent posts).

There are a number of clusters found in the dates.   The birthdays of Gotell and Diamamtopouos, are on the 15th, and given the following from my previous post:
  • Andy Carey (October 18, 1931 – December 15, 2011)
And because January 15 is the birthday of both my son and life partner, we now have a "November
15, December 15, January 15, ___, March 15/15th Day, Month Sequence" pattern-cluster.
As for Bartali, his birthday stands out due to the following from yesterdays post:
And so we also have a "July18(x2)" pattern-cluster.  As  for Graves, his birthday of August 28 also stands out given that its an addition to a cluster found in my previous post, expanding it into an:
  • "August 28, __, 30(x4), 31(x2)/Date Sequence" pattern-cluster
As for Hillegass' birthday of April 18, we now have an "_, _, April 18, _, _, July 18(x2), _, _, October 18_, _, ____ /18th Day, Month Sequence" pattern-cluster. January 18th is the only 18th day remaining to complete this cluster where the 18th Day's are separated by 2 gaps.

With my limited time, I can't investigate all, butt on choosing the one who stands out the most, I choose Morris Graves.  For one, we have another addition to the recent "Morris/More Rise" pattern-cluster,  Not to mention the cryptic phrase in his name re "more rise graves".   As well, note the etymology:
Note the following info regarding the notable persons mentioned on Graves wiki page:
