The Magician

Continuing on from my previous post, one thing led to another and before long the "Magic Theme" grew into a definite "pattern-cluster".  While investigating the Rich Man Poor Man tv mini series for yesterdays post, Now We Are Six, I first perused the list of actors/characters, looking for any of the names that stand out.  There were a few, among which was:

Bill Bixby as Willie Abbott

For one, the "Bi Bi" found in his first and last name ads to the "Alliteration" pattern-cluster.  As for the cryptic meaning in his name, Bill Bixby, we have "bill bic's by".  It is cryptic, and cutting to the chase : bill= money/cost... and "bic's" are ball point pens. I won't bother checking at this point, butt I bet my lucky "crystal ball bic", that you'll find some interesting pattern-clusters.
AND, his character name "Abbott" is very telling ... with it's little added twistt: the "tt" ending, hence making it an addition to the "Remove a Letter Makes a Word" pattern-cluster... as in remove a "t"  makes "abbot (n.)"... and it's etymology is "High Father", which means that it's related to Abraham... and in a more cryptic inner twin sense, to ABRACADABRA!!

So what are the chances?!  Now THAT'S MAGIC!!  Note from his wiki page:

• Wilfred Bailey Everett "Bill" Bixby III (January 22, 1934 − November 21, 1993) 

Do note the "bail" in Bailey... and note as well, his birthday, and if you visit yesterdays post, Tinker Tailor Sinker Sailor, you'll find that it's an addition to two cluster's expanding them into:

• "May 22, __, July 22, .... January 22(x4), February 22/ 22nd Day, Month Sequence" pattern-cluster
• "January  ... 3, 4, 5, ... 8... 11, ...15(x3)... 18, 19(x2), _, 21, 22(x4), 23(x3), 24, 25, ... 29, 30, 31/ Date Sequence" pattern -cluster
