We now have a “Droz (x2)Surname” pattern cluster, and as with similar cases earlier, this a prompt for us to investigate the Droz surname Wikipedia page in order to locate the intended 3rd. Also note the “May 10, __, July 8/ Month, Day Sequence” pattern cluster in the birthdays of Evelin and Charles,… with June 9th representing the gap. It was easy to just go through the list of notable persons with the surname Droz given that it was pretty short (see below), butt only one “fit” given that his birthday bridges the gap:
