There are many ways we can turn with the obvious clusters, butt let’s investigate the February 20 gap re the “February 4,...,__, 24(x2),28/Increments of 4/Date Sequence “pattern cluster.  I also decided to take into consideration the recent “Frederick” pattern cluster,  and so arriving at:
