The dates highlighted generates an :

• “August 3, __, __, November 3(x2)December 3(x2), January 3(x2), February 3/3rd Day, Month Sequence” pattern cluster.

Bridging the October 3 gap... using the http://pronoiasecrets.blogspot.ca/2017/01/formula.html and then taking into consideration the “one off” curve ball... and loe and behold I find a “fried rich”:

1980 – Friedrich Karm, Estonian footballer (b. 1907)

Hmm, the birthday of both my daughter and stepson are January 21 and January 8 respectively... and note the cryptic “fried rich k arm”... the 11th letter of the alphabet is “k”... a letter associated with war aka 9/11.
