It’s strategic that the inner twin world influenced the otherwise extraordinary number of February dates to occur with those mentioned in the latter half of Sindar’s wiki page.  The question is why?!

Since this series of posts reflects “Presidents”, I decided to check out the notable persons in Trump cabinet who have “Secretary” (aka Secretariat) in thei title.  Getting with the “end” program, note the following person listed on the wiki page,  Donald Trumps Cabinet, 3rd from  the end:
 Commerce secretary Wilbur Ross,
