We have a  "February 23(x3)" pattern-cluster.  So it's probably a good idea to investigate the February 28 wiki page to see whats up!!  Again, using the formula and taking into consideration the "one off" curve ball, we arrive at:

2002 – Mary Stuart (July 4, 1926 – February 28, 2002) Actress, singer

Her date of birth stands out given the following from yesterdays post:

• Robert Petre, 8th Baron Petre  (3 June 1713 – 2 July 1742)
• Robert Petre, 9th Baron Petre (March 1742 – 2 July 1801)
• Robert Petre, 10th Baron Petre  (3 September 1763 – 29 March 1809) 
• William Petre, 11th Baron Petre (22 January 1793 – 3 July 1850) 
• William Petre, 12th Baron Petre (20 December 1817 – 4 July 1884) 

And it's not just that two died on the same day or that 4 of the dates generate a "July 2(x2), 3, 4/ Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.  What you have to realize is the significance of one of the dates: July 4th, given the following excerpt from this blogs Header:       

• On July 4th, 3 Of the first "5" US Presidents had died: Jefferson "5" hours before Adams, and Monroe "5" years later on the "55th" Independence Day. 

Two other actors mentioned on Stuarts wiki page stand out:

• Esther Jane Williams (August 8, 1921 – June 6, 2013) 
• Henry Jaynes Fonda (May 16, 1905 – August 12, 1982) 

August 8th is the birthday of my ex husband; May 16 is the birthday of Rob MacGregor (he and his wife Trish are key players in the inner twin worlds "Starr Family Production").  Williams date of death is "one off" from Trish MacGregor's birthday.  I decided that the focus is on actor Henry Fonda, given that Rob factors in many recent posts.  On Fonda's wiki page one of his films stand out:
