The Deaths in 2016 site lists under September 29:

• Royal Torrence, 82, American soul music singer (Little Royal and The Swingmasters)

Note the following info regarding the first two mentioned on his wiki page:

Robert Lee "Bobby" Parker (August 31, 1937 – October 31, 2013^[2])

First of all the surname "Parker" is an addition to the recent "Parker/Richard Parker" pattern-cluster. The date of August 31 is significant: it's the birthday of a key player in the inner twin world's Starr Family Production: Megan MacGregor, who has been mentioned frequently along with her parents: Rob and Trish MacGregor (simply read previous posts and you will begin to understand their part in all of this).

So we have an "August 31, October 31, ___/ 31st Day Date Sequence" pattern-cluster .  The gap is "December 31st-- the next in line.  This is a prompt designed to have us investigate the December 31 wiki page.  Since the lists found there are long, we are expected to limit our search to the Deaths Section and then only to the years having 3 identical numbers at the end.  This time 3 stood out:

• 1888 – Samson Raphael Hirsch, German rabbi and scholar (b. 1808)
• 1999 – Elliot Richardson, American lawyer and politician, 69th United States Attorney General (b. 1920)
• 2000 – Alan Cranston, American journalist and politician (b. 1914)

Now note from their wiki pages:

• Samson Raphael Hirsch (June 20, 1808 – December 31, 1888) 
• Elliot Lee Richardson (July 20, 1920 – December 31, 1999)
• Alan MacGregor Cranston (June 19, 1914 – December 31, 2000)

Now we have a "June 20, July 20, ___/ 20th Day Date Sequence" and a "June __, 19, 20/ Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.  So I'll just investigate the second one.  And so to bridge the gap we have:

• 2000 – Nancy Marchand, American actress (b. 1928)

• Nancy Marchand (June 19, 1928 – June 18, 2000) 

Note from the wiki page of Marchand's husband:

•  Paul Sparer (December 19, 1923  – November 19, 1999)

Another cluster and interesting addition to the cryptic communication in his name.
