The inner twin world makes their mark every day, in every life, mine included and yesterday was no exception.
I was giving Cath (my life partner) a much needed hand tearing out an old carpeted stairway, bringing it right down to the stringers (form), and then replacing it with maple tread, banisters, spindles...the whole 9 yards. One of my jobs was to go behind Cath (she's has over 30 years experience) to do easier stuff, like covering the gap between the tread and riser -- pinning up moulding that requires the an air nailer.
Customers expect perfection in a stairway and so toward that end my part was to custom cut each moulding to fit tightly under each tread so there are no gaps. To do this one must hold the moulding tightly in place with one hand while using the other to shoot the nail And then it happened, I shot the pin and the usual pffft sound DIDN'T happen, instead I heard a pffiiing, followed by a few choice words #$@&%*!?! The pin hit steel, causing it to ricochet straight back through the moulding and piercing my forefinger. I had immediately pulled away, and after the initial shock I saw the culprit-- the protruding pin. I inspected my wound, blood oozed from the tiny hole at the tip of my finger, I followed the telltale purplish line forming just behind my fingernail to its entire length. Needless to say, typing will be tender for awhile.
Now, the chance of hitting a nail is rare, for one Cathy doesn't use nails to secure the treads, she uses construction adhesive and attaches the tread in the back using screws. And even though nails had been used in securing the old treads they mostly come out when prying up the old tread and the few left behind are pulled out with a crow bar. However, the old stringers doesn't meet the new standards of today and so each level portion of the stringer was given an addition that was nailed on, so this means that along the entire length of the tread there are three nails that are close enough to strike, and because I never shoot a pin near the ends where it could split the moulding, this leaves only one nail that was the culprit-- the middle one. The nail struck was just a shade thicker than a pin, so the chances of hitting it is pretty slim, butt to hit it so precisely that would ricochet and come out at an angle to pierce my finger is slimmer yet.
In all the years that Cathy has been installing stairways, she's never seen this happen. Hmmm... inner twin shenanigan's?! So this morning I googled "fore finger film" (there's usually a film about everything), and lo and behold, this is the first thing brought up:
http://www.who2.com/list/celebs-missing-fingers/?type=list, where he was among 26 other notable persons who had "missing fingers", so I decided to investigate further. The following stand out:
There are many clusters in the above.
The anniversary of Tooz's death was yesterday... Again, the day of my finger mishap... And note his name is a cryptic "2's, Tou's, Two's"!! His date of birth is also meaningful in that 3 of Cath's close relatives were born on October 25 during different years. Raguz's birthday is the same as my younger sisters and so another addition to the "Targeting Family Birthdays" pattern-cluster. So considering the above date of birth of Kresimir Dolencid, "August 31", the cryptic communication now expands into " tell why...save a last Leo". I came to this conclusion because of the date of August 31st, an important date in the scheme of things when it comes to the inner twin world's Starr Family Production. If you enter "last Leo" into this blogs search box, many posts will be brought up, most of which have in common the date of August 31, the birthday of a key player. Here are three of the posts brought it:

Telly Savalas - Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaAristotelis "Telly" Savalas was an American singer, film, television and ..... Savalas had a minor physical handicap in that his left index finger was deformed...And it was my left index finger too. His name also contains a cryptic phrase re "tell y(why) save alas"...and/or "tell why save a last..." . I then ventured to Telly's wiki page and found the following:
Aristotelis "Telly" Savalas (January 21, 1922 – January 22, 1994)His birthday is an addition to the "Targeting Family Birthdays" pattern-cluster given that January 21 is the birthday of my daughter. He died one day after his birthday and together with my brother's birthday of January 19, we now have a "January 19, __, 21(x2), 22/Date Sequence" pattern-cluster. And note this excerpt from my recent June 15 post, Earl H. Potter RIIP: Clouds Illusion:
Franklin's birthday together with the birthdays of my son, life partner, brother and daughter generates a "January 15 (x2), 17, 19, 21/uneven Number Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.So the finger ordeal was "timely"...just like my car crash of 2000. As well, Telly died on the 22nd day of the year and so an addition to the "Identical Number Sequence" pattern-cluster with sequences of 2's being a particular inner twin trade mark signature. Note from Telly's wiki page:
This deformed digit was often indicated on screen; Kojak episode "Conspiracy of Fear" in which a close-up of Savalas holding his chin in his hand clearly shows the permanently bent finger. On the episode's IMDb page I chose 3 names that stood out, note from the following info from their IMDb pages:
- Peter Paul Eastman (born on September 11, 1919)
- Michael Keep (December 15, 1922 - November 27, 2007)
- Larry Watson (July 21, 1938 - July 20, 2010) Played the part of "Fowler".
http://www.who2.com/list/celebs-missing-fingers/?type=list, where he was among 26 other notable persons who had "missing fingers", so I decided to investigate further. The following stand out:
- guitarist DJANGO REINHARDT Born: January 23, 1910 Died: May 16, 1953
- MORDECAI BROWN Born: October 19, 1876 Died: February 14, 1948... helped pitch the Chicago Cubs to four baseball championships in the early 1900s, all while throwing with a maimed hand.
- Television star and producer DANNY THOMAS was missing the tip of his index finger. Born: January 6, 1912 Died: February 6, 1991 (heart failure)
- GALILEO died at 77 years old. Born: February 15, 1564 Died: January 8, 1642
The second one, Slayton died on my birthday, and the first one died on the birthday of Rob MacGregor, another key player in the "Starr Family Production". Mordecai Brown pitched with three fingers missing from his pitching hand, and that makes him special, coupled with his date of death being Valentines Day-- the day of love and so an addition to the "Notable Day" pattern-cluster. Danny Thomas' birthday and date of death generates a "January 6, February 6, ____/6th Day Date Sequence" pattern-cluster... AND, his surname Thomas means "twin" in origin -- an addition to the "Twin Things" pattern-cluster. Gallileo lost 3 fingers after his death -- sold on the market!! He died on my step son's birthday hence another addition to the "Targeting Family Birthdays" pattern-cluster. And He was born one day after Valentines Day so we now have a "February __, 14, 15, __ /Date Sequence" pattern-cluster. As well, Thomas' date of birth and Gallileo's date of death generates a "January 6, __, 8/ Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.
One of Telly's films stand out:
One of Telly's films stand out:
- The Dirty Dozen: The Fatal Mission (1988) as Major Wright,
And note the following info on some of the other cast:
Considering Borgnine's date of birth, the above cluster expands into a "January 19, __, 21(x2), 22, __, 24/Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.
- Ernest Borgnine ( January 24, 1917 – July 8, 2012)
- Hunt Block (February 16, 1953)
- John Daniel "Tooz" Matuszak (October 25, 1950 – June 17, 1989)
- Anthony Valentine (17 August 1939 – 2 December 2015)
- James Carroll Jordan (January 13, 1950)
- Matko Raguz (December 14, 1955)
- Kresimir Dolencic ( born on August 31, 1962)
- Ranko Zidaric (born February 1, 1965)
- Scott Hoxby (born June 10, 1955)
- Slavica Knezevic (August 17, 1955
There are many clusters in the above.
