Ranjit Bhatia RIIP: Red Zone

Ranjit Bhatia OBE (c. 1936 – 9 February 2014) was an Indian athlete who ran in the marathon and 5000 meters events at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome.[1][2]

Note this excerpt from the 1960 Summer Olympics wiki page:
Opening ceremonyAugust 25
Closing ceremonySeptember 11
The Closing ceremony date is obvious enough-- another addition to the "9/11" and "111" pattern-clusters (see previous post where this date had cropped up on following the leads connected to a notable person who passed away on the same day as Bhatia).  The opening ceremony date is an addition to the "Targeting Family Birthdays" pattern-cluster, given that my grand daughter's birthday is August 25th.   Note this next excerpt:
Rome had been awarded the organization of the 1908 Summer Olympics, but after the 1906 eruption of Mount Vesuvius, was forced to decline and pass the honors to London.
Note the following excerpt from the "1906 eruption" wiki page:
The plan assumes between two weeks and 20 days' notice of an eruption and foresees theemergency evacuation of 600,000 people, almost entirely comprising all those living  in thezona rossa ("red zone"), i.e. at greatest risk from pyroclastic flows.[4][60]
What stands out is the "red zone", this is an addition to the recently occurring "Red" pattern-cluster.  I had forgot to mention in my previous post, butt it's nott too late to mention now, note this excerpt from my previous post made earlier today:
Mariano Marcos y Rubio (April 21, 1897 – March 8, 1945)
Note the surname "Rubio"... a cryptic "Ruby O"... and then note this excerpt from http://www.ancestry.com/name-origin?surname=rubio:
Spanish: nickname from rubio ‘red’ (Latin rubeus)
Now go back and note the "logo" image at right on the 1960 Summer Olympic wiki page,
an image of the totem wolf that adopted and suckled the cognately named twins Romulus and Remus.
As you can see, we have "twins" cropping up again.
