My Tou Sense Worth in Six Sentences

As part of the process in applying for welfare Lydia Fairchild underwent DNA tests to prove the legitimacy of her children, but when the results came back false she was accused of fraud and threatened with the apprehension of her children.  As trial progressed, a recent article found in the New England Journal of Medicine made its way to the forefront, revealing the case of Karen Keegan whose body containing two separate DNA had enabled her to give birth to two children that have DNA matching one of her DNA, and a third child whose DNA matches her other DNA.  Karen and Lydia are "Tetragametic Chimera's"-- fraternal twin who merging while in the womb, growing into what appears to be a single body, but in fact consists of parts belonging to one or the other twin.  Lydia's dilemma arrived at a happy conclusion, but arising from it all are some serious questions that need to be answered, like whether the subconscious is "ours", or if it's the mind of a twin.
