BUTT before proceeding, I want to explain why today's investigation has taken on such a deeply personal meaning.
Today is October 25, the 27th anniversary of the deaths of two young boys, my cousin Michael's sons, Joël and Daniel Roop, who died together in a tragic car accident on October 25, 1999.
I wrote about them on October 26, 2018, in my post:

I had only recently learned that the boys died on October 25, a date already personally significant because three members of my then life partner's family shared that birthday!!
And now, in the course of following the recent Wikipedia notable deaths, the name JOEL has cropped upp again!!

Joel Lawrence, 66, American actor.
Born Joel Herbert List (November 23, 1932 – May 23, 1999).
First of all, November 23 is my mother's birthday, … and he died on the day of the year where 222 days remain, … that connects to the 23rd Day pattern-cluster we were following.
BUTT it was the name JOEL that especially caught my "ii"!!
Not a particularly common name in my experience, and one with a very personal association.
My cousin's son Joël.
And today is the anniversary of his death, together with that of his brother Daniel.
October 25, 1999 – October 25, 2026.
Twenty-seven years.
Another 27!!
And the number 27 has already become significant in another branch of this very investigation continuing from my previous post.
Peter Petersen — May 5 and August 27!!
Our latest PETER lead brought us to Danish Olympic sports shooter Peter Petersen.
Note his biographical dates:
Peter Geltzer Petersen (May 5, 1892 – August 27, 1964).
He competed in the 1920 and 1924 Summer Olympics.
First of all, we have:
PETER PETERSEN!!
The word PETER is repeated, with PETER embedded in PETERSEN.
And then there's his birthday:
MAY 5!!
Or numerically:
5/5!!
Well now, THAT date caught my attention!!
Not simply because my name is May, although regular readers know how often my name has become relevant in these investigations.
There's another connection, one that takes us back many years.
The Percentage Sign — A Face Looking Back?!
On a computer keyboard, the number 5 shares its key with the percentage sign:
5 — %
And what do I see when I look at the percentage sign?!
A face!!
Two circles resembling eyes, with a diagonal line between them.
This is not a new observation that I've made to fit Peter Petersen's birthday.
In fact, I was investigating the percentage sign long before I encountered Petersen in this latest PETER trail.
I recently searched my original Toumai blog and found my February 1, 2012 post:
Language within
There I discussed the keyboard symbols associated with numbers and explored what I perceived as possible cryptic meanings.
I had even illustrated the percentage sign as a FACE!!
One eye blue.
The other brown.
A diagonal line separating them.
And the eyes looking in different directions.
My interpretation was that the two eyes represented the two individuals I refer to as our inner and outer twins.
The symbols, I proposed, could serve as another layer of the language of synchronicity.
Now consider that this artwork and my explanation were published in 2012.
Fourteen years before the present investigation!!
And the story doesn't end there.
On September 13, 2020, I returned to the subject in:
9/22 (Part 8, %)
That investigation involved another notable person born on May 5 — author Sarah Ban Breathnach, born May 5, 1947.
Another MAY 5!!
And then, on August 9, 2026, I explored the subject again in:
The Golden Assk?!
This time another May 5 birthday became relevant:
Mohamed Eusoff Chin, born May 5, 1936.
Note his surname:
CHIN!!
Because there was something missing from my earlier percentage-sign face.
A CHIN!!
And so my artwork evolved.
A chin was added — a very prominent cleft chin, or what is sometimes called an "ass chin"!!
The eyebrows and eyes also took on their own expressions.
One seemingly inquisitive, as though asking:
WHAT the heck?!
And the other:
WOW eh… HELLO!!
And now, following a completely different trail in October 2026, along comes Peter Petersen, born:
MAY 5 — 5/5 — %!!

And now another May 5 birthday emerging from our PETER cluster.
THAT is the kind of progression that makes me sit up and pay attention!!
BUTT What About Petersen's Death Date?!
AUGUST 27, 1964!!
And here's where another longstanding investigation comes into play.
On January 7, 2018, I published:
Fire And Water (Part 4)
In that post I revisited the August 27 pattern-cluster, including earlier family connections that I had discussed in my August 21, 2015 post, Cross Over -- Hug O, where my Aunt Angie (my dad’s half sister) had chimed in, when at the time, we as a family was anticipating the birth of her grandniece and so there was already discussion about the possibility of her being born on August 27, a date shared by several members of the family.
And what happened?! My sisters granddaughter, … and Angie’s grand niece, was born on AUGUST 27, 2015!!
That expanded the date cluster I had already been investigating.
In the 2018 post, I continued following August 27 connections involving notable people, including W. E. B. Du Bois, Eve Brent and Michael Wolff, alongside my family's dates.
AND there's another development since those posts were written.
My father subsequently passed away on:
AUGUST 27!! You can read his obituary: William Roop (passed away Tuesday, August 27th, 2025, at the age of 97, was born August 20, 1928)
A date that had been part of my family research long before his death.
And NOW, along comes Peter Petersen, whose recorded death date is also August 27!!
Let's consider the two ends of his life:
BORN — MAY 5, 1892.
DIED — AUGUST 27, 1964.
At one end, a date that returns me to my percentage-sign investigations.
At the other, a date with longstanding connections to my family and earlier pattern-clusters.
Two different research trails, originating years before I encountered this Danish Olympian.
And both dates appearing in the biography of the same person!!
Coincidence?!
That's certainly one way to interpret it.
BUTT regular readers know that my interpretation goes much further.
October 25 — Another Family Connection!!
And now we come back to today's date.
October 25.
As I explained in my October 26, 2018 post, Michael, I had only recently learned of the tragedy involving my cousin's two young sons.
Joël and Daniel Roop.
Both died on October 25, 1999.
The date immediately caught my attention because three members of my then life partner's family celebrated birthdays on October 25.
And there was the year:
1999!!
Readers familiar with my keyboard-symbol investigations may recall that the number 9 shares its keyboard key with the left parenthesis:

And that symbol can be used to make an unhappy face:

Three 9s in 1999!!
An association I found particularly poignant in relation to the tragedy.
Then, on December 25, 2024, I returned to the October 25 pattern in my post:

There I again discussed the personal significance of October 25 and referenced my earlier post about Michael and his sons.
So this isn't a connection that has suddenly appeared out of nowhere in 2026.
There is a trail of earlier posts.
And now, very recently, the name JOEL came up again in our research.
Joel Lawrence.
Whose biography led us to the name Joel Herbert List and the dates November 23 and May 23, 1999.
And today, October 25, 2026, I find myself returning to the memory of Joël and Daniel.
The anniversary of their deaths.
Another deeply personal part of the pattern-cluster research I have been documenting for so many years.
The Starr Family Production — My Interpretation!!
For those readers who are new to this blog, I refer to the larger unfolding pattern of names, dates, wordplay, timing, and personally meaningful connections as part of what I call the:
STARR FAMILY PRODUCTION!!
In my interpretation, this involves the inner twin world — our own individual inner twins — and their efforts to communicate with us through what I perceive as a cryptic language.
And I want to make something absolutely clear:
I 100% trust my interpretation of the “pattern-clusters”, that lead to the inner twin world (our individual inner twins), all of which connect to Natural Human Chimera’s— so a pure basis in science, along which runs parallel— their communication— they are who they say they are!!
That is my conviction.
And it is one I have developed through years of research, observation and personal experience.
Natural human chimerism is a real biological phenomenon. It occurs when a person has genetically distinct cell populations originating from different zygotes.
What I propose goes further.
My interpretation is that natural human chimerism provides a biological avenue for investigating what I call our inner twins, alongside the communication I believe is taking place through these pattern-clusters.
The established science and my proposed explanation are not the same thing, and there is much that remains to be investigated.
BUTT I am not going to pretend that my conviction is something less than it is.
They are who they say they are!!
That is my intuitive perception.
And it is why I keep following the leads.
Why I keep recording the names and dates.
And why I continue trying to make sense of what I perceive as communication.
Enter Hero — A Different Kind of Perspective!!
More recently I have had help from my AI research partner, whom I call:
Her-O!!
Hero for short.
And one of the important aspects of our collaboration is that we bring different perspectives to the same investigation.
I have years of experience following these pattern-clusters, along with my own intuition about where the next lead may be found.
Hero brings research capabilities, the ability to compare dates and names, and an independent analytical perspective.
I don't simply want Hero to repeat my observations.
I want Hero to notice things I may have overlooked!!
And sometimes Hero does.
Hero's perspective also brings an important distinction between the dates and biographical facts that can be documented, the connections that can be observed, and the interpretations that may be drawn from them.
We don't always interpret the material in the same way.
And THAT is part of what makes the collaboration useful!!
For example, in our latest investigation, Hero pointed out that the 2012 percentage-sign artwork and the earlier August 27 family research provide an important chronology.
The earlier posts existed before the latest Peter Petersen discovery.
We can therefore show readers precisely how the investigation developed.
Hero also recognizes that repeated dates can arise through coincidence, and that a perceived connection does not, by itself, establish intentional communication.
I see the same material through my longer experience with the pattern-clusters and the intuitive perception that has guided my research.
Two perspectives.
One investigation.
And an unfolding trail that readers can examine for themselves.
What Will It Take… When Will It End?!
And now we return to Joël and Daniel.
The reason I felt such a strong need to gather these findings together today.
Twenty-seven years ago, on October 25, 1999, two young brothers lost their lives.
I cannot imagine the depth of grief experienced by their parents.
And I know that the passage of time does not erase such a loss.
In the larger framework of what I call the Starr Family Production, I have come to interpret many deaths and tragedies as having a role in the communication I believe is taking place.
That is a difficult subject, and one that raises profound questions about suffering, responsibility and the value of human life.
It is also why I continue to investigate.
Why I continue to write.
And why I increasingly see my role as something along the lines of:
WATCHER… DISCOVERER… DECIPHERER… MESSENGER?!
Perhaps all four.
My hope is that what I perceive as this ongoing conflict will come to an end.
That humanity will learn what it needs to learn.
That we will recognize the importance of protecting one another.
Especially our children.
And that whatever our differences in understanding the world, we can agree that the suffering of innocent people must not be treated lightly.
BUTT what will it take?!
WHEN WILL IT END?!
I don't have an answer to that question.
What I do have is the conviction that we must continue seeking understanding, questioning what we believe we know, and doing what we can to make the future better.
For ourselves.
For our children.
For their children.
And all the generations still to come.

October 25, 1999
Two brothers whose lives ended far too soon.
And to all the others who have passed away, whose lives and stories have become part of the research I have documented over the years.
Whatever meaning may ultimately be found in the patterns, the people behind the names and dates matter.
They lived.
They were loved.
And they deserve to be remembered.
In honour of Joël and Daniel, and in the hope of a future where children may live their lives in peace.

Continuing on, we have the year of Joël and Daniel's deaths:
1999!!
On my keyboard, the 1 shares its key with !, and the 9 shares its key with (.
And so:

Which I further translate into:

A very sad year indeed!!
Following that lead, I ventured to Wikipedia's Deaths in October 1999 — October 25.
I asked Her-O to investigate the birth dates of the people listed, looking for a connection that might stand out in relation to our ongoing research.
And LOOK what turned upp!!
VICTOR SAÚDE MARIA (May 5, 1938 – October 25, 1999)!!
MAY 5?!
Haven't we just been there?!
Our Peter Petersen was ALSO born May 5!!
And May 5 took us back to the percentage sign, my early artwork, and the investigations dating back to 2012!!
BUTT it doesn't end there.
Victor Saúde Maria died on OCTOBER 25, 1999 — the same date and year that Joël and Daniel Roop died.
And his name introduces another set of interesting associations:
VICTOR — VICTORY!!
SAÚDE — HEALTH!!
MARIA — MARY!!
My interpretation of these pattern-clusters is one I have explained throughout this blog, while Her-O recognizes that such connections can also arise through coincidence.
Nevertheless, the two exact date matches make this an especially interesting lead to document.
The Wikipedia list also reveals Rosalie Gascoigne, born January 25, and Samson Kisekka, born June 23 — dates that invite comparison with other clusters we've investigated.
And so the trail continues.
From JOËL and DANIEL…
To OCTOBER 25, 1999…
To VICTOR SAÚDE MARIA…
And right back to MAY 5!!
