Horse Theme

Wikipedia’s Deaths in 2024 site lists under June 1 a notable person who stands out:

His surname is a word “hoof” for one— relating to the recent “Horse Theme” pattern cluster. Last month two other notable persons who died last month also had surnames that connect in cryptic fashion:

  • Colin Breed (4 May 1947 – 9 May 2024) 77, British politician, MP (1997–2010).
  • Joseph G. Di Pinto (March 31, 1932 – May 13, 2024)  92, American politician
A horse “breed” is a “Pinto”.  The most famous Pinto I can think of is Scout— Tonto’s horse in the Lone Ranger.  On the Tonto wiki page, the following persons stand out:
  • Paul O. Williams (January 17, 1935 – June 2, 2009)
  • Michael Horse (born Michael James Heinrich; December 21, 1949)
  • Francis Hamilton "FranStriker (August 19, 1903 – September 4, 1962)
  • Jay Silverheels (born Harold Jay Smith; May 26, 1912 – March 5, 1980)
TODAY is the anniversary of Paul Williams death!! An addition to the “Timely” pattern cluster.  On reading about Scout, I discover that he was originally a white horse that was painted to look like a Pinto, interesting when you consider this group of notable person who died on May 11th, who also have surnames that are words:
  • Peter C. Eagler (November 23, 1954 – May 11, 2024) 69, American politician
  • David Redden (January 23, 1949 – May 11, 2024)  75, American auctioneer
  • Jasper White (May 28, 1954 – May 11, 2024)  69, American chef, restaurateur and cookbook author
So “white” jives with the white horse painted into a Pinto!!  And the name/word “redden” connects as well given the often used derogatory for native peoples — red skin.  The word “Eagle” is used frequently in Native American names.  November 23 is my mother’s birthday and January 23 is the birthday of my middle grandson.  I should mention that I do have Native American blood through my mother’s side!!  It’s interesting to note that both my sisters look somewhat native with dark hair and complexion, but I tend to look like my father— very fair and blond… as in white/blond.  I still connect with my indigenous roots.

There’s a web site that provides a list of Notable persons injured or killed in a horse accident, and the list is long, butt we are expected to narrow our search to those whose surname is a word:
  • Sir Robert Peel ( 5 February 1788 – 2 July 1850)
  • Earl Dew (May , 1921 – February , 1941)
  • Cole Albert Porter (June 9, 1891 – October 15, 1964)
  • Ellen Church (September 22, 1904 – August 22, 1965)
  • Pope Urban VI (c. 1318 – 15 October 1389)
  • William the Conqueror[a] (c. 1028[1] – 9 September 1087)
  • Erica Marshall (February 13, 1983 - February 10, 2012)
Two died on Note re Erica Marshall:

Erica Marshall, a 28-year-old British veterinarian in Ocala, Florida, died when the horse she was treating in a hyperbaric chamber kicked the wall, released a spark from its horseshoes and triggered an explosion.

Now THAT, is “hoof” related!!  I was looking for someone who had been kicked!!  Another connection is that the hoof caused a spark and an “explosion”, and so connecting with all the “hot” related names cropping up beginning in May: re “brown, cook, baker…

Many of the dates stand out when comparing with the list compiled below (list of notable persons who passed away during the first half of last month (where the horse theme cluster began), and whose surname is a distinct word):

The most prominent clusters are the “August 19(x3)” pattern cluster, and the “December 17, 18(x2), 19, __, 21, 22/Date Sequence” pattern cluster.  And then there’s the “Fuller Surname (x2)” pattern cluster.  I take it that we’re to find the third, perhaps:

  • Sarah Fuller (born June 20, 1999)
  • Mary Claire Fuller (October 5, 1888 – December 9, 1973)
  • George Fuller (November 7, 1802 – November 24, 1888)
  • Edward Newman Fuller (September 25, 1888– September 1969)
We now have an “October 2, __, 4, 5(x2)/ Date Sequence” pattern cluster in the works
