All Hands On Deck MacGregor’s (Part 22: Blindfold Hari Rhodes)

• Continuing on, note two excerpts from my last two posts:

• Rock Hudson (November 17, 1925 – October 2, 1985) 

He stood out because his name came up in conversation on Sunday when two friends (gay guys) came to visit. 

***And, we have a “Bells” pattern cluster in the works— his surname; silver bells (see previous post),... and one more that I’ll save for my next post... maybe

The “Bells” that I allude to in the second excerpt also has to do with the visiting gay friends, John and Leigh.  In conversation they mentioned that they were part of a group of gay men “square dancers” called the “Cow Bells” (as apposed to “Cow Boys”).  At another point during the visit our conversation turned to the huge changes we’ve witnessed over the years of being gay and “Rock Hudson” cropped up when talking about  how AIDS awakened the greater public as to the scope of the then much more hidden gay community.  

The other thing that stands out in our conversation is when Leigh mentioned three prominent surnames in his family: “Graves”, “Tombs” (can’tremember the 3rd, butt follows the theme).  Leigh’s surname Towler is an addition to the “Remove a Letter Makes a Word” pattern cluster... and so making “Tower”.  

On Rock Hudson’s Wikipedia page and under filmography, there are 5 films that were released during twin years ‘55 and ‘66:

Several things stand out... like the M.M. Of Michael Martin, butt there’s something about the title “Blindfold” and the surname “Snow” that catches my eye!!  ON investigating the cast and crew of “Blindfold”, two stood out in particular:

• Angela Clarke (August 14, 1909 – December 16, 2010)as Lavinia Vincenti
• Joseph MacDonald (December 15, 1906 - May 26, 1968) 

The anniversary of Clarke’s death is TODAY... and MacDonald’s birthday was YESTERDAY, now that’s TIMELY!! The name Angela is an addition to the  “Remove a Letter Makes a Word” pattern cluster and so making “angel”.  Others also stood out ie: actor Claudia Cardinale and her character name in the film Vicky Vencenti as well as actor Mort Mills are additions to the “First and Last Names Beginning with The Same Letter” pattern cluster.  Another of the casts name stands out “Hari Rhodes” given the cryptic “hairy roads”... and indeed our roads to get hairy in winter.  I should mention as well that just after Leigh and John visited they emailed to say they arrived safe, butt missed a serious accident by just “seconds” (note the above Rock Hudson film “Seconds”!!), the fog was so thick that you couldn’t see two feet in front of you... like being “Blindfolded”?!  Hari Rhodes date of death stands out given that the birthday of my son and life partner are January 15 ... they are 22 years apart.  We also have from the list below, a December 8 and 12th.  And keep in mind the significance of December 13– my car crash of 2000 occurred on this day... the pivotal event that enabled me to become aware of the inner twin world for the

 first time... and December 13 was when John and Leigh drove home after their visit (they had stayed the night).  Other dates stand out... like 9/11, and note the cryptic “see/sea/c/ci more” in “Seymour”.  Finally, we have a “June 5, 6, 7/Date Sequence” pattern cluster... I included the birthday of Trish MacGregor.  And of course the only one in the list below that passed away during a year with 3 identical numbers at the end, 2000 is: 

• Violet Lucille Fletcher (March 28, 1912 – August 31, 2000) 

AND, she passed away on Megan MacGregor’s birthday!!
