Continuing on from my previous post, and taking into consideration the two clusters found there re:

As prompted, we note turn to the August 31 Wikipedia page to investigate those in the notable births and deaths list whose first and last names Begin with the same letter (see bottom of posts). From there we need to then decipher the cryptic elements that make up the communication.
