Winston McGarland Bailey (October 4, 1941 – October 23, 2018) 

His birthday is an addition  to a cluster found in my previous post:

Bridging the September 4 gap using the formula and taking into consideration the “one off” curve ball we arrive at:

• 1999 – Georg Gawliczek (2 February 1919 – 4 September 1999) footballer and manager 
• 2002 – Vlado Perlemuter (26 May 1904 – 4 September 2002)Lithuanian-French pianist and educator (b. 1904)
• 2003 – Lola Bobesco,  (9 August 1921 – 4 September 2003) omanian-Belgian violinist and educator (b. 1921)

Vlado’s birthday expands a cluster in my previous post: 

• “__, __, __, __, __, May 6,  7(x3), 8, 9, 10(x2), 11, __, 13(x3), 14, __,16(x2), 17, 18(x2),19(x2),20(x2), __, __, 23, 24, 25, 26/ Date Sequence” pattern-cluster

I included May 26 as a gap needing to be bridged because now we have 5 gaps on either side of the month.  As well, two of the birthdays generate an :  

• “August 9,__, October 9/ 9th Day, Month Sequence” pattern-cluster.  

On the September 9 wiki page using the formula and taking into consideration the “one off” curve ball once again we arrive at:

Edward is just a little stretch outside the box, butt his name contains a relevant cryptic communication: “eddy ward teller”!!  Simply key “eddy ward” in this blogs search box to learn of the relevancy.  AND, his birthday is an addition to the “Targetting Family Birthdays” pattern-cluster given that my son and life partner who are born exactly 22 years apart celebrate their birthdays on January 15,
Ruth Roman’s date of birth bridges the gap in a cluster found in my recent October 23 post, Leery Frank Seale:

“August 22, __, Octobe 22(x2), __, December 22/ Every other 22nd Day, Month Sequence” pattern cluster.
