Whale’s Tale

Continuing on from my previous post, another facebook friend who just returned from vacation on the Bay of Fundy also took photo’s of humpback whales, and so we now have a “Humpback Whale” pattern-cluster in the works.  And that’s another reason why I decided to investigate the vacation spot of each.  Note from the Bay of Fundy wiki page:
Some sources believe the name "Fundy" is a corruption of the French word Fendu, meaning "split",[2] while others believe it comes from the Portuguese funda, meaning "deep".[3] The bay was also named Baie Française (French Bay) by Samuel de Champlain during a 1604 expedition to St. Croix Island.
What stands out is the “split”... note the title of my two recent August 14 posts, Split... Spit... Pit...It...I and Cuba’s Split!!  And so we now have a “Split” pattern-cluster.  Note from Samuel de Champlain’s wiki page:
Samuel de Champlain (August 13, 1574 – December 25, 1635)
His birthday is just “one off” from the date of the two posts, AND, if you read the Cuba Split post, you’ll see that it contains a “25th Day” pattern-cluster... one that continues in subsequent posts ie— my August 18 post, Aretha Franklin and the Rabbit Hole, picks up on the cluster, and at the end of the post it had accumulated to:
  • “__, __,  March 25(x2), April 25(x2), May 25(x2), June 25(x3), July 25 , August 25(x2), __, October 25(x4), __, December 25(x3)/Date Sequence” pattern-cluster.
And this was just the beginning!!
