The Deaths in 2018 site lists under July 24:

• Murray Watson Jr. (May 14, 1932 – July 24, 2018) 

His date of birth stands out given the following from Recount (Part 4):

• Ryu Matsumoto (May 17, 1951 – July 21, 2018) Minister Environment 
• Martin O'Donoghue (13 May 1933- 20 July 2018) 
• Jonathan D. "Jon" Schnepp (May 16, 1967 – July 19, 2018) 
• Carlos Aldunate Lyon (16 May 1916 – 18 July 2018) 
• Saait Maajiet (17 May 1952 – 17 July 2018) 

And so the cluster expands:

So as per the previous post, let’s investigate the info on actors/characters of the three films, Recount, Hook and Peter Pan who have “May” dates in common:

I added Craig Waters from the film Recount for two reasons, first his cryptic connection to Mathew Waters— their surnames generating a “Waters (x2)” pattern-cluster.  And an addition to the recent “Water Theme” pattern-cluster.   Since Craig Water’s wiki page doesn’t include his birth and/or death info, this is a prompt to investigate the first notable persons mentioned on his wiki page:

Under the administration of Chief Justice Gerald Kogan, Waters led the Florida Supreme Court's efforts to begin webcasting

Note from Kogan’s wiki page:

• Gerald Kogan ( born May 23, 1933)  Justice of the Florida Supreme Court 

Not only does his birthday add to the cluster, butt May 23 is the day of the year where 222 days remain.   And so the cluster expands:
