Sable

Continuing on, note the following excerpt from my previous post:
  • "September 15(x2), __, 17, 18, __, 20, 21/Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.
And so bridging the September 16 gap, we arrive at:
  • Willie Lee "Big Eyes" Smith[1] (January 19, 1936 – September 16, 2011)
You have to read my previous post to see how January 19 factors in.

On investigating Lynn Harper's murder further, I came across this excerpt from an article (here) :
And at the scenes of both the Harper and Dudley murders, there was evidence of a "neat freak" being the perpetrator, which Talbot was. In both cases, the culprit places the victim's shoes neatly next to the corpse. The trunk of Talbot's car was known to be spotless. He was a very orderly person.
Note this excerpt from the article:
Ruhl had a personal, harrowing brush with Talbot back in 1971, after the man broke into a Sauble Beach cottage occupied by Ruhl and his fiancée. Talbot thought the woman was alone and assaulted her. Ruhl arrived on the scene and gave chase after Talbot fled. The officer was able to arrest the man but not before being shot with a pellet gun and pistol-whipped
Note the place re "Sauble Beach"... an addition to the recent "Beach Theme" pattern-cluster.  And the first part, Sauble is an addition to the "Remove a Letter Makes a Word" pattern-cluster... as in remove the "u" makes "sable".   I'm reminded of Sable Island off the coast of Nova Scotia... which is pretty much mostly beach with a few wild horses, and note the etymology:
  • sable (n.2)"black" as a heraldic color, early 14c., commonly identified with sable (n.1), but the animal's fur is brown
Another addition to the "Colour Theme" pattern-cluster.
