“There are no coincidences.” Part 2

Continuing from my previous post, note this excerpt re the etymology definition:
bate (v.1) "to reduce, to lessen in intensity,"...phrase bated breath...used by Shakespeare bate (v.2)  "to beat" ... (batter (v.)). In falconry, "to beat the wings impatiently and flutter away from the perch." Figurative sense of "to flutter downward" attested from 1580s.
In particular, the part:  bated breath...used by Shakespeare.  I'm reminded of  Chapter 2 of my novel posted on December 19, 2014 entitled, Baited Breath.  Play with words/names such as "bates" & "baits" are strategic design influences of the inner twin world. The term "bated breath" means "holding ones breath " --excitedly or fearfully waiting for something ... the inevitable to happen.  The term likely originated a very long time ago... even before vocal language emerged on the homo sapien frontier-- in a case of when a predator was near by, it would be best to hold ones breath otherwise it will travel in the air and allert the beast.  Now then, using  "baited breath" changes the scenario, suggesting the setting of a trap, one that involves a potential prey luring the predator(s) in... and the role is reversed.  I'm reminded now of my earlier post today re footballer Pelé whose style derives from Ginga:
The main purpose is not dancing but rather to prepare the body for any number of movements such as evading, feinting,
Note the etymology:
feint (n.)  "a false show" 1680s as "a pretended blow, movement made to deceive an opponent as to the object of an attack, (see feign).
And now we have feint/faint.  Reminding me of this excerpt from my April 24, 2013 post
...is it possible that the appendix has served as a useful evolutionary tool... or a weapon, a means by which they can create pain...that they can then manipulate for whatever purpose... maybe in the past it served to keep us out of harms way... just like the breed of fainting goatsmyotonic goat, is a domestic goat whose muscles freeze for roughly 10 seconds when the goat feels panic. It's understandable when you think about the evolutionary purpose-- that mother nature would design a species to faint as a means of protection, given that predators when hunting, are attracted by "movement".
So what are the inner twin world referencing?!  Note this next part of the definition:

  • Figurative sense of "to flutter downward" attested from 1580s.
I'm now reminded of the event that's soon to happpen, one that will cause certain areas of the North American plate to "flutter downward". This event is well documented in many of my posts... as per following the inner twin lead.
