• Rosario Ferré, 77, Puerto Rican writer, poet, and essayist, First Lady (1970–1972).

Note from her wiki page:

 Her father, Luis A. Ferré, was the third elected Governor of Puerto Rico 

• Luis Alberto Ferré Aguayo (February 17, 1904 – October 21, 2003)  

Rosario died one day after her father's birthday hence generating a "February 17, 18,__/Date Sequence" pattern-cluster.    Now note the following from Luis Ferre's wiki page:
