The 11 re his birthday is an addition to the "Identical Number Sequence" pattern-cluster.  Going to his wiki page the following of his films stood out:

1987	A Man from the Boulevard des Capucines

I recollect this film cropping up during a recent investigation.  So venturing to the films wiki page, one actor stood out given my recollection of the part he played "coffin maker":

• Lev Durov as coffin maker

Note from Durov's wiki page: 

Lev Konstantinovich Durov ( December 23, 1931– August 20, 2015) 

He had passed away just 10 days before Svetin.  I located the post:

Note this excerpt from the post regarding my investigation of the films cast:

The second's birthday is an addition to the "Off By One" pattern-cluster, in that my mothers birthday is November 23.   Her middle name is an addition to the "Lion/Leo" pattern-cluster.  Note from the wiki page of some of the other Cast: 

• Leonid Isaakovich Yarmolnik (born January 22, 1954)
• Galina Polskikh ( born 27 November 1939) 
• Igor Vladimirovich Kvasha ( February 4, 1933 — August 30, 2012) 
• Oleg Pavlovich Tabakov (born 17 August 1935) 

All the above dates stand out for various reasons except February 4th, butt his date of death stands out given that it's an addition to the recent and prolific "August 30" pattern-cluster.  

Another of the actors had passed away on August 30th, just 3 years before!!
