Now, this usually means that we need to venture to the "April 23" wiki page in order to bridge the gap with the missing person(s) and/or event. The lists are long and so to limit my search, I usually only investigate those occurring during years with triple identical numbers, note the following take from the notable births section of the April 23 wiki page:
Each of the names are leads, and we already know that the birthday of Elizabeth II via the previous post, is April 21 (the 111th day of the year). So in keeping with the "date" pattern-cluster, I discovered interesting connections note the following that stand out:
Event though the other names mentioned in the above don't jive in the same manner, there is a connection. Note for instance this excerpt from Diefenbaker's wiki page:

This is worthwhile taking note of given the propensity for the inner twin world to generate what I refer to as a "Date Sequence" pattern-clusters, at the moment we have an "April 21, __, __, 24/ Date Sequence" pattern-cluster in the works.So what we now have, is an "April 21, 22, __, 24/ Date Sequence" pattern-cluster in the works.

It's interesting to note that we have another "George" cropping up... and the Governor General is the Queen's Representative in Canada. So note from Georges Vanier's wiki page:
