Surya Bahadur Thapa RIIP: Kings, Prime Ministers and Presidents

The Deaths in 2015 site lits under April 15:

• Surya Bahadur Thapa, 88, Nepalese politician, Prime Minister (1963–1964, 1965–1969, 1979–1983, 1997–1998 and 2003–2004), respiratory failure.^[5]

His twin age at death is an addition to the "Identical Number Sequence" pattern-cluster and so a prompt to investigate further.  Note from his wiki page:

His date of birth stands out for a reason that will become clear when reading the title of my recent April 14 post:  Al-Rubaish RIIP: July 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 Pattern-Cluster....  So not only is his birthday an addition to the date sequence pattern-cluster, butt it generates a "July 7" pattern-cluster as well.

While perusing the list of recent notable Deaths I discovered another pattern cluster: 

• Henry William "Harry" Dowd (4 July 1938 – 7 April 2015)
• Gertrude Weaver (née Gaines; July 4, 1898 – April 6, 2015)

Both born on the same day generates a "July 4" pattern-cluster... and this isn't the first time that this particular cluster has arisen... given that 3 US Presidents passed away on this day-- US Independence Day, and don't forget, one President was also born on this day!!
