Richard Douglas RIIP: Dec 10 -- "Dec 16/Date Sequence" Pattern- Cluster

In the case of the recent notable death of Richard Douglas, note from his wiki page:

• Richard Roy Douglas (12 December 1907 – 23 March 2015), better known as Roy Douglas, was a British composer, pianist and arranger. He worked as musical assistant to Ralph Vaughan Williams, William Walton

Two Williams cropping up one right after the other and especially given the recent "Will/Bill..." pattern-cluster, this is a heads up.  Note from their respective wiki page:

• Ralph Vaughan Williams  (12 October 1872 – 26 August 1958) 
• Sir William Turner Walton OM(29 March 1902 – 8 March 1983) 

First of all note the birthday of William Walton... Today is March 29!!  His date of death, March 8 is notable as well, given that this is when the Malaysia Flight 370 disappeared... timely considering the crash of Flight 9525 occurred just one day after Douglas' death... when all the Williams began cropping up.   Then there's the date of death of Ralph Williams, an addition to the "Off by One" pattern-cluster, as in one off from the birthday of my granddaughter on August 25.

His date of death is one off from the birthday of 3 of my partners family members who  were each born during a different year, two of whom are brother and sister.  Note as well, his date of birth is 11/6... an upside down and reversed 9/11.

Because "Ernest Irving" is a bit of a cryptic phrase and because the "Irving's" are renown in my part of the world, I decided to check the oil mogul out:

• Kenneth Colin Irving,OC (March 14, 1899 – December 13, 1992) also known as K. C. Irving

So he died one day after the birthday of Richard Douglas and so yet another addition to the "Off By One" pattern-cluster.  Other notable persons mentioned on his wiki page stands out:
