To begin, his surname Norick has a cryptic phrase within re "no rick" which becomes meaningful when you understand that "rick" is from the origins of ric: "power, rule". So the cryptic communication translates as "no power, rule"... which is a theme as of late. So note from Norick's wiki page:
The first think I note in the above is the obvious meaning in the surname "Shirk" (to shrug off responsibility) and the name "Patience"(tolerance/endurance). Perhaps the inner twin worlds way of expressing their tolerance toward the shirking of our outer world responsibility. James H. Norick, 95, American politician, Mayor of Oklahoma City...He's the second notable "Jim" passing away on this day (see previous post) and although small, it is a pattern-cluster worth investigating.

I don't know if you picked up on the "Mc/Mac" pattern-cluster.... and note the "McCann" (re Jim McCann who passed away on the same day as James Norick... and who is the subject of my post yesterday). So my Tou Sense Worth: yes MacGregor's, you Cann and so you should, the inner twin world waits patiently, although with that said, they are doing what they can to help things move along... even if it means sacrificing lives.
There is one other thing in regards to the last excerpt where "east river" crops up. Fire fighters came from across the river to help put the fire out. It's just that my previous post included the cryptic communication re :hairy hairy east gale. As I explained in the previous post, the main difference between East and West is the "W" -- the "double you". In the cryptic inner twin metaphor sense-- we " is double you". That is the fire that will fight fire... the knowledge that will make things wright so the fires, the tower destructions.... the shark and orca attacks don't occur in the first place, because they wouldn't happen except that the inner twin world (that includes animals) influence the events to happen in order that we become enlightened and so become fitted with the "wings" that we are designed for ... we just have to cross that river . If we don''t the inner twin world will remove power from us -- NORICCK: "no rick"... "no rich".... no power, by simmply removing themselves and/or by their uncanny ability to influence our thoughts and actions.
