Reg Withers, 90, Australian politician, Senator (1966, 1968–1987), Lord Mayor of Perth (1991–1994)What strikes me as meaningful, is the cryptic connection with his surname which means "to dry up and shrivel"... as flowers wither and die. So "a dying", which jives with this blog since it's mandate is to investigate notable deaths... and in particular those that appear to be "timely"-- influenced by the inner twin and/or the inner twin world. Note from his wiki page:

The inner twin world generate the "one off's" in order to communicate that we are dangerously off track and that they are in the process of getting us back on track... with the timely deaths of notable persons factoring in by serving as a means of "coming out" and "communicating" to our outer twin world... essentially, that they are waging a war against our world that is designed to get us on board and to communicate that they will not take no for an answer.
