As a further to my previous post, note this excerpt from Siegfried Lenz's wiki page:
The "die" is cast, it is time for the "dark, hidden secret" to come to an end... to "die", which means it is time for the inner twin world to come out of the shadow and be revealed to "Die Welt"-- the World... to our outer twin parallel world!!!
Of course, "Welter Swelter" cropping up now conjures in my mind, "Helter Skelter", and in following the leads you can go in many directions, and I'm sure that they all jive in one way or another ... with plenty of other pattern-cluster, butt I'm going to limit my search to:
My Tou Sense is that the inner twin world are focussing their communication on the "Powers that Bee" for a reason. It makes sense that if you reign in the "Heads", the rest will follow... and so avoid all "Helter Skelter" from breaking loose. As the rest of the world realizes what is up, they will need a strong guiding hand of support... and this means "leaders" who will step up to the plate. This is what the inner twin world are grooming, and I don't think that they only mean "Heads of State", butt natural born leaders from the populace, and if you have arrived at this post, and no matter how "small and insignificant" you may think yourself, be reassured that your inner twin and the inner twin world has led you here for a reason, and leadership is my Tou Sense Worth in the guess department. On having said this, I will leave a little clue of my own:
His studies were cut off early, however, as he became an intern for the daily paper Die WeltHe worked for a newspaper and so an addition to the "Targeting Journalist/News Media Personel" pattern-cluster. "Die Welt" translates into English as "The World", butt there is a cryptic element that can't be ignored: two English words "die" and "welt".
welt (n.) ...welten "to overturn, roll over" (c.1300), from Old Norse velta"to roll" (related to welter (v.)). Meaning "ridge on the skin from a wound" is first recorded 1800.There are two definitions of "die":
die (v.) ... PIE root*dheu- (3) "to pass away, die, become senseless" (cognates: Old Irish dith "end, death," Old Church Slavonic daviti, Russiandavit' "to choke, suffer"). ... preferred words were steorfan (see starve), sweltan (see swelter).... still pronounced "dee" by some...die (n.) early 14c. (as a plural, late 14c. as a singular), from Old French de "die, dice," of uncertain origin. Common Romanic (cognates: Spanish, Portuguese, Italian dado, Provençal dat, Catalan dau), perhaps from Latin datum "given," past participle of dare (seedate (n.1)), which, in addition to "give," had a secondary sense of "to play" (as a chess piece); or else from "what is given" (by chance or Fortune). Sense of "stamping block or tool" first recorded 1690s.Interesting that "swelter" was used prior to "die"... and that it's similar to "welt". The original meaning of "swelter" is "to burn"... so it jives with "fry". And one can't ignore the fact that "dye" is phonetically identical to "die", note the etymology:
dye (n.) Old English deah, deag "a color, hue, tinge," perhaps related to deagol "secret, hidden, dark, obscure," from Proto-Germanic*daugilaz (cognates: Old Saxon dogol "secret," Old High German tougal "dark, hidden, secret").dye (v.) Old English deagian "to dye," from the source of dye (n.). Spelling distinction between dye and die was not firm till 19c. "Johnson in his Dictionary, spelled them both die, while Addison, his near contemporary, spelled both dye" [Barnhart]. Related: dyed. For dyed in the wool (or grain) see wool (n.).So then why would the inner twin world influence these words to be identical in sound... let's try to fit it into a meaningful communication... of course given the previous post... so, my Tou Sense Worth:
The "die" is cast, it is time for the "dark, hidden secret" to come to an end... to "die", which means it is time for the inner twin world to come out of the shadow and be revealed to "Die Welt"-- the World... to our outer twin parallel world!!!

helter-skelter (adv.) also helter skelter, 1590s, perhaps from skelte "to hasten, scatter hurriedly," with the first element there merely for the sake of rhyme. As an adjective from 1785.
and to Wikipedia's take on the "Helter Skelter Ride":
"helter-skelter" was first recorded in the United Kingdom at Hull Fair in October 1905, taking its name from the much older adverb meaning "in confused, disorderly haste". Other recorded names for the slide include Canadian slide, alpine glide, lighthouse slip, slipping the slip and glacier slip.[1]It's the "glacier slip" that's grabbed my attention!!!
My Tou Sense is that the inner twin world are focussing their communication on the "Powers that Bee" for a reason. It makes sense that if you reign in the "Heads", the rest will follow... and so avoid all "Helter Skelter" from breaking loose.
