This is the third time that the word "Pirates" has cropped up today!! This is a heads up for sure. From the Pirates wiki page re http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pittsburgh_Pirates under the Roster section, the following name stood out:
Rudy Minarcin, 83, American baseball player (Cincinnati Redlegs, Boston Red Sox)What stands out the most are the references to "red" re: Redlegs and Red Sox, hence an addition to the recent "Red/Red October..." pattern-cluster, not to mention that his first name is phonetically similar to "ruddy" which means "reddish"... as in a rosy complexion. The "red" cluster been going on for a couple of months now, note my October 2nd post Tom Clancy RIIP: Red October 1st. Note the following that stands out from Rudy's wiki page:

I was surprised when on his wiki page I noted the photo at right... he's wearing the jersey number 44!!
