The Deaths in 2013 lists under October :
Note the following from Mazer's wiki page:
part of glaciers that remain from the last glacial event of the Peistocene Epoch (we are presently in the Holocene). Note my October 15, 2013 post re Joe Meriweather RIIP: Nott So Merry Weather. And then there's my October 14, 2013 post re George Herbig RIIP: Her Big T.U.S.S.H.. If you key in TUSSH to the search box at the top of this blog you'll soon get the drift -- the schematics of this Hollow house!!
As you can see, the inner twin world are taking us down the nott so Meriweather path, butt there is hope. Now going to Iceberg Slim's wiki page (he was one of them real time bad boyz), the following stood out:
Bill Mazer, 92, American sportscaster.[8]Okay what strikes me the most is his surname "Mazer", because it happens to have the same prefix of my mothers maiden name "Mazerolle" and because ... well my first name is "May"... and I've sometimes been called "Maizy" and even "Mazer"... I have no idea why and nor did I like it, although I have to admit, this blog is a bit of a maze as well as amazing. Nott only that, his first name, Bill, is the same as my fathers... hmmm makes me wonder about if the tables were turned... if men took their wives surname on marriage... my father would be Bill Mazerolle and I would be May Mazerolle... and better yet, my full name at birth would have been "May-Monique Mary Mazerolle"--MMMM.
Note the following from Mazer's wiki page:
As you can see, he changed his name... maybe he didn't like the MM alliteration?! So you see, people tended to play around with his name as well... a guess our names do lend themselves well to this sort of play... their similarity to words like maze and amazing. Now note this next excerpt from his wiki page:
- Bill Mazer (born Morris Mazer; November 2, 1920 – October 23, 2013)
- Mazer earned the nickname "The A-Maz-In" for his deep knowledge of sports trivia.
Based on this, he wrote several sports trivia books, including Bill Mazer's Amazin'
Baseball Book: 150 Years of Baseball Tales & Trivia published by Zebra Books in 1990.
Okay, the word "Zebra" was the clincher... and of course reminding me of when I was learning the alphabet... A was always for Apple and Z was always for Zebra. This isn't the first time that I've had a "Z/Zed/Zee" pattern-cluster crop up in my posts. This warrants further investigation, note the following from Zebra Books wiki page re http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zebra_Books:
In 2008 Kensington acquired the publishing assets of Holloway House(publishers of Iceberg Slim).[1]Okay, both "Holloway House" and "Iceberg Slim" stand out... given that I often refer to a specific hollow house called the "TUSSH" (the Two United Structure System Home) and in conjunction with "glacial episodes" (namely the one that is due to soon arrive given that we are in an Ice Age at this very moment albeit one of its many interglacial episodes). The icebergs of course are just a small
part of glaciers that remain from the last glacial event of the Peistocene Epoch (we are presently in the Holocene). Note my October 15, 2013 post re Joe Meriweather RIIP: Nott So Merry Weather. There were announcements of a movie to be directed by Bill Duke and starring Ice Cube in the early 1990sNow we're moving down in ice size... from bergs to cubes!! Note this next excerpt:
He was known for his frosty temperament, and at six feet, three inches tall and 180 pounds, he was indeed slim. He also had a reputation for icy calm in sticky situations. He thus earned the street name Iceberg Slim.
