Tomás Ó Canainn RIIP: Elbow Pipes Out Flood... Warning

The Deaths in 2013 site lists under September 15th :
Tomás Ó Canainn, 82, Irish uilleann piper.[3]
Anytime a Thomas or a diminutive of the name crops up on the Deaths in 2013 site, I pay close attention.  It's been my experience that because the name Thomas in origin means "twin", the inner twin world tends to generate pattern-clusters surrounding this name as part of "coming out" and "communicating" to us today.

In the case of Tomas O Canainn, this apparently is the case when considering the supporting evidence  on following the leads.  Note the following from his wiki page:

Tomás Ó Canainn was an Irish Uilleann piper, accordion player, singer, composer and writer. He was a founder of the group Na Fili with fiddler Matt Cranitch and whistle player Tom Barry
That a second person named "Tom" played an important role in his musical career that made Tomas a notable figure, is an important clue... nott to mention that they both play wind instruments, which I considered to bee another lead prompting me to venture to the uilleann pipes wiki page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uilleann_pipes, where I noted the following:
The uilleann pipes /ˈɪlən/ or /ˈɪljən/; Irish: [ˈɪl̠ʲən̪ˠ]) are the characteristic national bagpipe ofIreland. Earlier known in English as "union pipes", their current name is a partial translation of the Irish-language term píobaí uilleann (literally, "pipes of the elbow"), from their method of inflation. There is no historical record of the name or use of the term 'uilleann pipes' before the nineteenth century. It was an invention of Grattan Flood and the name stuck. People mistook the term 'union' to refer to the 1800 Act of Union; this is incorrect as Breandán Breathnach points out that a poem published in 1796 uses the term 'union'.[3]
The parts that I highlighted in yellow stand out.  First of all, the "pipes of the elbow" translation
reminds me of my June 22nd post http://pronoiasecrets.blogspot.ca/2013/06/alen-pamic-riip-its-time-tou-pamic.html, where the recent flooding of the Elbow River is mentioned, note this excerpt from the post:
What stood out to me was his surname "Pamic" which is a combination of the name "Pam" and the word "panic".  The letter "m" and "n" fall into the "Big/Little" pattern cluster that has occurred as of late (see my previous post written earlier today entitled,  Franz Eder's (RIIP) River + Fanny's Big Hat = Bow ,  where a "Big and Little Bow" are featured... nott to mention the "Bow and Elbow Rivers").  In the  previous post I also
mentioned that my step son is living in Calgary... nott a good time given the flooding of the Elbow River is very close his home.  What I didn't mention is that his partner's name is "Pam".
Okay now note the suraname of the person who invented the uilleann pipes.... Grattan FLOOD!!
This is Definitely an addition to a very unique, "Elbow/Bow/Floods" pattern-cluster.
