While working on an Affidavit (a followup to my Notice of Appeal), I ventured to the Courts of Nova Scotia web page(http://www.courts.ns.ca/Rules/consolidated/cpr_consolidated_rules_13_01_23.pdf,) where in the Civil Rules and Procedures appendix I noted the following:
Now, court case aside, two things stand out in regards to the above Rule 48 excerpt -- first there's the 233, meaningful due to the inner twin world's tendency for generating "Twin Number" pattern-clusters; the number 48 stands out in a related/cryptic way that's best explained by this next excerpt taken from my recent June 28th post entitled, Byron Looper RIIP and Dan Brown's 8th Wonder of the World:
Then my inner twin influenced me to Wikipedia's Death in 2013 site and the two most recent persons added who passed away at the age of 88:
On thinking about "dark water", I'm reminded of the 1962 film, The Miracle Worker, that portrays deaf and blind Helen Keller... and namely the break-through moment when her teacher Ann Sullivan pumped water into Helen's hands, stopping in intervals long enough to tap out the sign word for "water" ... over and over into Helen's palm until she suddenly GOT IT.. and that was when the "light" flooded Helen's dark world... a light by which to "understand" and "communicate"... a cryptic Rule 48 if you will!! By the way, the title of the film came from Mark Twain's description of Ann Sullivan as a "Miracle Worker"... and "Twain" by the way, means "two"... or "twin" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Miracle_Worker.
Then I Googled the search phrase "Dark Water Wiki", which brought up a long list of possibilities, the first of which was:
Of course, there is also the cryptic "Double Glass" derived from the name Douglas... which reminds me of double pane windows designed mostly for insulation... and since we use the word "glass" to describe a drinking cup... or "grail":
As to Douglas Engelbart, all that stands out is the fact that he designed the computer mouse. What immediately crops up in my mind is "Of Mice and Men". I knew it was the title of a book, butt when I googled it, a band was also brought up https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Of_Mice_%26_Men_(band), note this excerpt :
Note the following information regarding April 22nd:
Rule 48 - Translation, Interpretation, and Assistance. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 233Essentially, Rule 48 enables an interpreter to be used in the instance where a party and/or witness has difficulty with understanding and/or communicating in court. In my Affidavit, I will attempt to rely on this Rule in order to facilitate the inner twin world with relaying their communication in such a way that the Appeal Court can then interpret. The question is: will the Appeal Court allow me to use this Civil Rule in order to bring forward the testimony of the Inner Twin World who are involved in this case and who have a "disability" in that they are unable to speak as we speak.
Another thing that stood out was Byron Looper's age at death, 48. Normally when I see the number combination 38 or 83, I take note, given the inner twin cryptic infiltration re: 3+3=8 as much as 4+4=8, given that 3 is the 'picture' half of 8 in the graphical sense where as 4 is half of 8 in the mathematical sense. Perhaps I should be taking note when 48 crops up as well. These are what I refer to as inner twin "leads"-- first my inner twin influenced my thoughts and actions so that I would venture to the Law Courts of Nova Scotia web site where I was then led to Rule 48 on page 233. Now, in regards to the number 233, my inner twin "Tou" influenced my thoughts with the cryptic version re: "Tou 33" -- my inner twin "Tou" singling out and communicating "33" and then "two 33's" or essentially "3333", which when taking into consideration 3+3=8 as per the above excerpt, then you get "88".
Then my inner twin influenced me to Wikipedia's Death in 2013 site and the two most recent persons added who passed away at the age of 88:
- Douglas Dayton, 88, American retail executive, founder of Target Corporation, cancer.
- Douglas Engelbart, 88, American scientist, inventor of the computer mouse, kidney failure
Engelbart is found listed under July 2nd and Dayton under July 6th. The inner twin world have a tendency to generate nott just "twin number" pattern-clusters, butt "Anything Twin"... such as this "Douglas" pattern-cluster that has just been brought to the forefront-- what an assortment of other inner twin's had generated. There is no doubt in my mind that the inner twin world are leading us to investigate the name "Douglas", so note the etymology:
Anglicized form of the Scottish surname Dubhghlas, meaning "dark river" from Gaelic dubh "dark" and glais "water, river".You you have "dark river" or "dark water" being communicated. First of all, this reminds me of my recent posts involving the Bow and Elbow Rivers of Alberta that had recently flooded due to torrential rain, forcing about 100,000 people to evacuate their homes and killing 2. These were dark rivers... and remaining dark because as the floods subsided E-Coli is now found in the rivers. I just heard on the news that there's also flooding in Toronto, note this CBC article where a building collapsed as a result http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/story/2013/07/09/toronto-building-collapse-flood.html

Dark Water (2005 film) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaNote this excerpt from the site:
The film was released on July 8, 2005, and grossed almost $50 million worldwide.[2]Yesterday was the 3rd anniversary of the films release date, hence this falls into the "Off By One" Pattern-Cluster. I noticed that 2 "Dougs" are mentioned, one in Production and one as a member of the cast, Dougray. Note the following excerpt taken from Dougray's wiki page re films/roles that he acted in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dougray_Scott :
And note this other excerpt from Dougray's wiki page:
2000 The Miracle Maker John
He appeared in his first high-profile role on the television series Soldier Soldier and made his film debut in Twin Town. The other Doug was Producer Doug Davidson http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doug_Davidson, note the following from his wiki page:
On September 12, 1994, he began hosting a five-night-a-week, syndicated, half-hour version of the game show The New Price Is Right,[1]September 12th falls into the "Off By One" Pattern-Cluster... as in one off from 9/11... a reminder of the September 11 attack on New York City's "Twin Towers" that resulted in 2,753 deaths. The name of the Show re "The New Price is Right" also factors in, considering the "Money/44/$$" pattern-cluster that cropped in recent posts. Note this excerpt from my recent July 8th post entitled, San Francisco Plane Crash and "Twin" Signature:
There are other clues factoring in when considering the Boeing 777 crash at San Francisco as generated by the inner twin world. Note the following excerpts taken from the end of the first section of San Francisco's wiki page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Francisco:It occurred to me that the name "Douglas" and the word "double" have the same prefix. Note the etymology:
- Today, San Francisco is ranked 44th of the top tourist destinations in the world,[18]
Note the title of my recent July 5th post: 44 : Cost and/or Pay of Christ and Magdalene, note this excerpt:
- It is also a primary banking and finance center.
double (adj.) ... from duo "two" (see two) + -plus "more" (seeplus).Perhaps then, Douglas can be regarded as a cryptic "Two Rivers". By the way, there is a place called "Two Rivers" in Wisconsin, note this excerpt from the city's wiki page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Two_Rivers,_Wisconsin:plus (n.) 1570s, the oral rendering of the arithmetical sign +, from Latin plus "more, in greater number, more often" (comparative of multus "much"), altered (by influence of minus) from*pleos, from PIE *pele- (1) "to fill" (see poly-)
Two Rivers is located at 44°9′17″N 87°34′35″WThe first set of numbers re the 44 degrees stands out... especially my July 5 post title mentioned above... and the fact that the number 4 shares the same key on my computer key board as the $ dollar sign!!
Of course, there is also the cryptic "Double Glass" derived from the name Douglas... which reminds me of double pane windows designed mostly for insulation... and since we use the word "glass" to describe a drinking cup... or "grail":
grail (n.) c.1300, "the Holy Grail," from Old French graal "Holy Grail, cup," earlier "large shallow dish," from Medieval Latin gradalis "a flat dish or shallow vessel," perhaps ultimately from Latin crater "bowl," from Greek krater "bowl, especially for mixing wine with water."Note the following from the Holy Grail wiki page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holy_Grail:
In Old French, san graal or san gréal means "Holy Grail" and sang réal means "royal blood"So ... correction: "royal twin blood"
The group was founded by Austin Carlile and Jaxin Hall during mid-2009 after Carlile's departure from Attack Attack!.The double "Attack Attack!" is very much in keeping with the inner twin theme of things, so note this excerpt from the bands wiki page:
On 22 April 2013, the band announced they would be disbanding after their Back In Action tour.
Note the following information regarding April 22nd:
April 22 -is the 112th day of the yearApril 22, 2013 also falls into the "Off By One" Pattern-Cluster... as in one off from the 111st day of the year.
