While checking Wikipedia's June 13th information page, and as I glanced at the list of notable births on this day, the following grabbed my attention:
- 1752 – Fanny Burney, English novelist (d. 1840)
considering the recent "Frank" pattern-cluster, and from that, knowing that "Fanny" is a diminutive of Francine, the feminine form of Frank. Fanny's wiki page nearly floored me when I saw the painting of her... wearing an unmistakably BIG HAT!! Note the following excerpt from my yesterdays post entitled T.V. Abraham RIIP, Mr. Big Hat in Plain View:
Among the List of cast members is the following curious figure:
- Frank Madrigal as Mr. Big Hat
For one, there`s the name Frank AGAIN, and what`s up with Mr. Big Hat... a meaningful surname considering the recent `Hattie`pattern-cluster in my June 11th post entitled, Allen Derr RIIP, Reed v. Reed and Farmer in the Derry-O. Of course Lincoln did wear a top hat.
Audd that this name would crop up now considering that the name "Fanny" has been playing on my mind. A couple of days ago I had gone on line to Empire Theater to find out what's playing... so I can take my mom to a movie when visiting with her. She loves 3-D movies, and so I watched the trailer for the animated movie, "Epic" https://www.empiretheatres.com/movie/trailer/18251
The Trailer reminded me of "Fanny Oakleaf", one of the little faerie books that I had written which I posted about: http://toumaiocean.blogspot.ca/search?q=fanny+oakleaf.
I had no idea at the time of naming this little faerie, that Fanny is a diminutive of Francine/Frank. I was aware however that it's another word for butt.
On reading Fanny's wiki page, I came to a particularly horrifying section entitled:
