Brown v. Dunn and a Big Brown NO...!!

Over the last 2-3 months this blog has recorded a number of  Deaths involving notable individuals who have "Brown", "Dunn", or diminutives of these, in their names.  The following three post titles alone, include the names of the most recent, all having passed away between Nov 6th-9th:
I decided to Google the color Dunn, because I wasn't really sure what shade of brown it was.  What surprised me was that a Wikipedia site called Brown v. Dunn cropped up.   So off I went to investigate, note this excerpt:
Browne v. Dunn (1893) 6 R. 67, H.L. is a famous British House of Lords decision on the rules of cross examination. From this case came the common law rule known as the "Browne v Dunn rule" or "The rule in Browne v Dunn". The rule in Browne v Dunn basically entails that a cross examiner cannot rely on evidence that is contradictory to the testimony of the witness without putting the evidence to the witness in order to allow them to attempt to justify the contradiction.
It's really audd that this should crop up, especially since I'm involved in a court case that is in the midst of being flushed away as I type. In fact there's a certain aspect of my court case that involved a  "Brown", Dr. Brunet, a Forensic Psychiatrist, note my Toumai post entitled : Psychiatric Assessment Report  (Here), where I've down loaded a psychiatric report.   It's a very long story that I have no intention of repeating or adding to, so if you want to know anything about the court case, just peruse my blog Toumai... it's all there in a roundabout way, with a synopsis (Here).

So I don't know what the inner twin world are up to with Brown v. Dunn.  It is a court case that could seem to apply to my circumstance.  Butt there's no point, I've already tried to bring forward all the evidence I could muster... and there was plenty, to prove my theory... to prove that I am not suffering from a "disorder" caused by the accident, one that the judge, lawyers (three against little ole me) would like to establish, butt in fact I am suffering from an "order" that I've tried to bring forward, but have been denied.   So what's the point in going forward with my case if I'm not allowed to bring forward evidence in support of my claims... in support of the truth?!

The inner twin world are up to their usual shenanigans, leading me down the garden path once again, offering what appears to be hope for me to obtain a semblance of justice, only to bee led off a cliff in the end.   So ya, it's brown all right, brown like crap, so that will be a big brown
NO...!!
