Two notable persons recently added to Wikipedia’s Deaths in 2025 site stand out:
- Ivan Court, Canadian politician, mayor of Saint John, New Brunswick (2008–2012).[5] (death announced on this date)
- Shraga Bar, 77, Israeli footballer (Maccabi Netanya, Hapoel Ramat Gan, national team).
The surnames “Court” and “Bar”, together with yesterday’s “Scales” generate a “Justice/Law Theme” pattern cluster. Note from my previous post, 22 Supreme Court Justice Moreau, Brown and Rowe:
Prunella Scales (née Illingworth; 22 June 1932 – 27 October 2025) 93, English actress (Fawlty Towers, A Question of Attribution, Great Canal Journeys).
Her surname, “Scales”, jives in “timely” fashion— as in “scales of justice”!! And then note the “prune” in her first name … hmmm “prune scales of Justice”?!

Nothing stands out in regards to Bar’s date of birth. And because Court doesn’t have a birthday we turn to the next notable person mentioned on his wiki page— Mel Norton. As it turns out, he too doesn’t have his birthday recorded on his wiki page, butt, like Court, his name does factor into the cryptic communication, his first name being an addition to the “Add a Letter to Name Makes a Word” pattern cluster, and so providing us with “melt”, and his surname, Norton, in origin being : Old English norþ + tun, meaning North settlement . , provides us with “melt north settlement/ton”. Indeed the glaciers and permafrost lands of the north are undergoing intensive melting, … butt what does this have to do with “Justice/Law”?!
