because of the “Home Theme” pattern cluster, and because Lim’s film, Under One Roof, that jives, I consider this to be a prompt to investigate the cast and crew.  On doing so, one stood out: 

Vernetta Lopez (born 22 July 1973)

Her birthday expands the recent and prolific “Even Days in July” pattern cluster. And to top it off, note the following regarding a new addition to Wikipedia’s Deaths in 2025 site:

Zakaria Ariffin (22 July 1952 – 19 February 2025) 72,  playwright, director, stroke

The cluster expands into a: 

• “July 2, 4, 6(x4), 8(x5), 10(x3), 12(x2), 14, 16, 18(5), 20(x2), 22(x5), 24, 26(x3), 28, 30(x3)/ Even Days in July Sequence” pattern cluster.

As for a cryptic communication, note the “lope” in Lopez.
