Note, today is August 10, 2022, the 222nd day of the year, and so making this post particularly meaningful… and timely!!
My sister tells me about Flight 174 that crash landed in Gimli— her birth place. The next day I investigate and find the Wikipedia page on the crash: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gimli_Glider, and the articles first sentence:
Air Canada Flight 143, commonly known as the Gimli Glider, was a Canadian scheduled domestic passenger flight between Montreal and Edmonton that ran out of fuel on July 23, 1983.
The day of the crash, July 23rd, is also the day my mother passed away. This is a definite prompt up to follow the inner twin worlds lead, so I then noted the following from the article:
The 1995 television movie Falling from the Sky: Flight 174 is loosely based on this event.
From the films Wikipedia page, one name stands out:
Music by Ian Thomas
From among the list of cast and crew, the name Ian Thomas stands out because Thomas means “twin” in origin. His full name breaks down into a cryptic “I an twin”… “I one/lone twin”. The name originally comes from “John”, my older brother’s name is John, and my sister’s name, Joanne, is the feminine form of John. They are 10 months apart, both born in Gimli, both are 66 years of age today!! Note from Ian’s wikipedia page:
Ian Campbell Thomas (born 23 July 1950)
My mother was born on his birthday… and the crash occurred exactly 33 years after his birth!! His entire name contains a cryptic “I an/one camp bell twin”.
I investigate the name Ian, looking for a list of famous people with the name, I then find the following from the list who stand out:
https://www.ranker.com/list/famous-people-named-ian/celebrity-lists:
- Ian Scott Anderson (born 10 August 1947) #12
- Ian McDiarmid (born 11 August 1944)#3
- Ian Stuart Donaldson (11 August 1957 – 24 September 1993)
- Ian Charleson (11 August 1949 – 6 January 1990)
- Ian Lancaster Fleming (28 May 1908 – 12 August 1964) #8
As you can see, an addition to the “Timely” pattern cluster. We also have an “August 10(x2), 11(x3), 12/Date Sequence” pattern cluster in the works. So lets bring August 12 up to snuff (as prompted). On the days Wikipedia page I look for any form of John… Ian, etc:
- 1916 – Ioan Dicezare, Romanian general and pilot (d. 2012)
Ioan Dicezare (August 12, 1916 – August 10, 2012)
WHOA!! And so the cluster expands into an “August 10(x3), 11(x3), 12(x2)/Date Sequence” pattern cluster. This is a prompt to locate the third intended John on the August 12 wiki page:
- 1947 – John Nathan-Turner, English author and television director, producer, and writer (d. 2002)[20
John Nathan-Turner (né Turner; 12 August 1947 – 1 May 2002) ninth producer of the long-running BBC science fiction series Doctor Who.
The minute I saw his date of death I knew he was the one— May 1 being a cryptic “May won”… May is also my first name!! And then seeing that he was renown for his part as Producer for “Dr. Who” was also a dead giveaway, since my sister and I had talked about that last night as well.
Turning now to nvestigate the Gimli Wikipedia page, we then go to the list of notable residents to find one John in the Swiss form of “Hans”:
Hans Wuthrich, curling ice technician
His wiki page doesn’t provide birth info, butt at the top of the page it does give us his doppelgänger:
For the first Swiss FIFA match official, see Hans Wuthrich.
Note from his wiki page:
Hans Wüthrich (1 November 1889 – 13 August 1982)
Well that pretty much sums it up!!! The cluster expands:
“August 10(x3), 11(x3), 12(x3), 13/Date Sequence” pattern cluster
As to how gliders fit in, note the following information regarding a pioneer glider:
Karl Wilhelm Otto Lilienthal (23 May 1848 – 10 August 1896) was a German pioneer of aviation who became known as the "flying man".[2] He was the first person to make well-documented, repeated, successful flights with gliders,[3] therefore making the idea of "heavier than air" areality.
So what are the chances, he died on August 10th!! Expanding the cluster into an “August 10(x4), 11(x3), 12(x3), 13/Date Sequence” pattern cluster.
