Since I’m care giver/Nanny to my 1 year old grandson Judah, and because he has a milk allergy, and now that his mother, my daughter Erin, is back to work, I’m looking at all the alternatives— food sources high in calcium (believe it or not, I do have a life other than Pronoiasecret. Don’t get me wrong, Erin is pumping now that she’s back to work so that Judah is adequately provided with breast milk. Still, there will be a time that he’s weened, and may not be able to overcome his allergy to rely on bovine/cows milk, so it’s better to prepare. In my research, I discovered that bone broth is high in calcium (I always have a batch of bone broth in the freezer) and this article’s excerpt caught my attention:
WHY I DRANK ONLY BONE BROTH FOR 2 WEEKS | INTERVIEW WITH DR. WILL COLE (https://www.callmelore.com/bone-broth-benefits/):
- Bone broth is generally safe for most people. However, those with histamine intolerance should be aware of potential side effects as it is considered a high histamine food.
Following the leads, I arrived at this next excerpt from an article, The histaminergic network in the brain: basic organization and role in disease:
Recent evidence suggests that aberrant histamine signalling in the brain may also be a key factor in Gilles de la Tourette syndrome, Parkinson's disease and addictive behaviours. Furthermore, multiple sclerosis (MS) and experimental autoimmune encephalitis, which is an often-used model for MS, are associated with changes in the histaminergic system.
Notable persons are always leads. What caught my eye was the “Gill” in Gilles de la Tourette, given that it’s also the prefix Of Gillman, the name of my stepson... not to mention that “gill” is a word— breathing apparatus of fish... YES, these are strategic design influences of the inner twin world. Note the following info regarding the French neurologist and the namesake of Tourette syndrome:
- Georges Albert Édouard Brutus Gilles de la Tourette (30 October 1857 – 22 May 1904)
Hmmm, May 22 is an addition to the recent cluster expanding it into a :
“May 1(x2), __, 3(x2), 4, ..., 7, __, 9(x2), 10, __, 12(x2), 13(x2),__, 15, 16(x2), __, 18(x2), 19(x2),20 (x2), 21(x2), 22, 23(x3), 24(x4), __, ..., 29, __, 31/ Date Sequence” pattern cluster
And so bridging one of the gaps. It’s also one off from Mat 23, the date that cropped up in my previous post... the day that has 222 days remaining in the year... and yes, sequences of of 2’s are a particular inner twin signature... that’s a NO BRAINER... DUH!! In the above excerpt along with Tourette is the mention of another disease, Parkinson’s, note the following info on its namesake:
- James Parkinson (11 April 1755 – 21 December 1824)
Nothing in his date of birth or death stands out... at least not now... we will see how things progress as we continue to follow the leads. Note from yesterdays post :
Recently added to Wikipedia’s Deaths in 2021 site:
Aarón Gamal, 62, Mexican footballer (Deportivo Neza, Tigres, national team), heart disease.
- Aarón Gamal (8 January 1959 – 16 March 2021)
Again, January 8th crops up— the birthday of my stepson Gillman. His surname is an addition to the “Word in Name” pattern cluster, with the word being french “mal”, meaning “wrong”... a word that speaks volumes where Gillman’s concerned
What it is it that we’re missing where Gillman is concerned?! Hmmmmmmmm....
