Hmmm, the MacGregor’s post falls on Miller’s birthday.  This is no coincidence.  Lets consider that the #137 referred to in the post and title was influenced by the inner twin world who in turn also influenced the date 1/3/7 (January 3, 2007).  Venturing to the days wiki page and to the deaths section we arrive at one: 

2007 – William Verity, Jr., American businessman and politician, 27th United States Secretary of Commerce

• Calvin William Verity Jr. (January 26, 1917 – January 3, 2007)

Note the following info regarding the first notable person  mentioned on his wiki page:
